My husband and I joined friends opening day at the Treasury Beach RV Park. We had a nice ferry ride in our motor home from Cape May, NJ to Lewes DE and the RV Park is about a 28 mile ride. The ride was nice and easy, access to the park was great, and check in went smoothly. We had a pull-in spot on the bay with a beautiful view and great location. The hook ups are new, the cement pads are new each having a fire pit and nicely manicured grassy areas, and an additional parking spot for a car/golf cart. There is a playground, a pavilion, bathhouse, pool, and a good General Store that has the necessities and more. There is a family atmosphere because families live there, as well. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. However, the potential pitfall that we encounter was the winds which were extremely high that weekend. In spite of the high winds, we had a nice time.

My husband and I took our 2 year old son here over the summer to stay for a long Labor Day weekend. Upon entering our cabin, we found that the a/c unit contained mold, which then prevented us from getting settled in. Several hours later, the HVAC technician said he believed it was not mold (even though it was black and fuzzy) and the unit could just be wiped down, which he did. By Saturday, my 2 year old son was coughing and sneezing consistently, and my husband and I had to go out several times to buy medicine for him. We wound up leaving late Saturday night because his coughing was so bad he wasn’t sleeping. The cabin was dirty and the playground was littered with trash. To say we were unhappy with our stay would be an understatement. After reaching out to “management” we were given a $100 refund (paid $1300 to stay for 3 nights). Several days after leaving, I reached out to management explaining our situation. I was told “corporate” would have to reach out to us and it’s been over a month and I have yet to hear anything. The location was great and very close to the beach, unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Treasure Beach Campground is definitely one of the nicer campgrounds we’ve been too. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean. The staff was friendly and really accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. We are looking forward to camping there again in the future. I highly recommend this campground.

We enjoy going to this campground. Its convenient location makes it an ideal spot for a family getaway. Our children absolutely love the bounce pillow, which provides endless entertainment. There were a lot of unsupervised kids, most were good, but some kiddos, not so much. However, there are a few aspects that we found less appealing. Some of the parking pads are covered with tiny rocks, which tend to get everywhere and can scratch surfaces. Additionally, we found the presence of golf carts displaying profanity-laden political flags to be quite off-putting. While we respect the right to freedom of speech, we believe that the use of the f-word is unnecessary in such a family-friendly environment. On a positive note, the campground is generally very family-friendly, and it's evident that everyone is mindful of the safety of the little ones running around. Overall, we have a good time here and appreciate the efforts to create a fun and safe atmosphere for families.

We stayed in one of the new spots right on the bay. Absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly. The park is big but pretty quiet. One note is quiet time starts at midnight. The store has ice cream. The pool is a little small for a lot of people but it has sprinklers for kids. The giant pillow is popular for the kids to jump on. Dog friendly park.

Terrible service. Total lack of civility. Park is unkept and disorganized. Highly recommend not to stay here. Not nearly worth the expensive price tag and aggravation that will most likely occur. Managers apparently do not care for business. Go to one of the many other RV Parks in the area. The family will appreciate your good judgement.

Todd and all of his staff were extremely helpful making my stay the most enjoyable experience. The park is immaculately kept any maintenance issues are handled immediately and PROMPT accommodations are made for people with disabilities. I would love to visit again and it would highly recommend this Campground as opposed to others in the area where my other family members have stayed. I stayed in the cabin my parents stayed in an RV spot. There is not a bad site in the park. Campers were extremely courteous. The pool was refreshing and very clean. I'm impressed they had an adult pool. I'm impressed they had an adult pool that allowed for more relaxing activity and a Family Pool for those with children to play and splash. Even prior to my trip everyone I spoke to went out of their way to answer my questions. The cost is also comprable to other places in the area and for the money spent I think it was the best value given the options during a peak time. Thank you again Todd for all of your accommodations!
