Nestled in the heart of the Prairie Island Indian Community, the park is surrounded by the lush rolling hills and limestone bluffs characteristic of southeastern Minnesota. Its position near the confluence of the Cannon and Mississippi Rivers provides a peaceful backdrop despite the nearby excitement of the casino. The surrounding area is rich in agricultural history and natural landscapes, offering a serene escape. Travelers often enjoy the dramatic views of the river valley, which provides a distinctive sense of place that is uniquely Minnesotan.

Super quite RV Resort. Well maintained grounds, clean bathrooms with showering stalls, and laundry area is nice too!

Casino has really been struggling to make any great progress. Both on the gaming floor as well as the rooms. They have made some great improvements. Although, if they were to hire me on, I would have this place a gamblers paradise people would stay weeks. Not to brag, but I’ve probably been to more casinos, visited more VIP centers, and traveled much more extensively then all of the management here. I’m considering dropping off my résumé. - As far as the rooms are concerned, they have made great strides into simplicity yet luxury. When I stay in a much more extravagant hotel room, I will post more pictures. But these guys have been doing good work, and this establishment should be at least four starby the end of the year.

Basically a parking lot with hook ups. No grass or trees. I understand the purpose, they want you in the casino. For the price I would've expected more. Just the basics here.

I stopped by off season to ask about this place, and was lucky enough to run into the manager. She was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I will definitely camp here in the Spring.

We stayed here due to limited options (unless my husband wanted to commute 40 minutes to the job site). If you’re working at the plant, this spot is convenient enough. They kindly stayed open past their usual closing date to accommodate workers, which we appreciated. That said, this is more of a parking lot than an RV park. Security does make rounds, although more frequently when the park is officially open, which makes sense. We had a couple of sketchy individuals knock on our door, but thankfully, nothing serious happened. The water pressure is decent, and we had no issues with the power or sewer setup. The laundry room is pretty gross, but it’s functional if you need it. I didn’t use the bathrooms, so I can’t comment on those. The marina is a nice place to walk to during the day—just avoid it after dark. The office staff were kind and did their best with the resources they had. Weekends can get rowdy, likely due to the casino next door. While driving to Red Wing for groceries isn’t far, it can feel like a hassle. Overall, this place is fine for a short stay if you’re here for work, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.
