Tri-City R V Park is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful with great amenities . But the management is what really makes it stand out. Albert is incredibly responsive—even when things get a little 'complicated.' Since the maintenance guy left, I was worried about who I'd be calling in the middle of the night if something went wrong, but Albert’s 'can-do' attitude put all my fears to rest. It is a rare and compelling luxury to feel so genuinely desired as a tenant. After our interview, I knew I wanted to be ‘locked in’ at Tri City R.V Park with his specific level of expertise. If you are looking for a place where you are truly taken care of by the best in the business, Tri City is the only choice."

Nice park! I really like it! It's very pretty, it's close by the water and the casino. It's quiet and the people there are really nice. Albert is great!

The trailer park is cozy and the folks here are good neighbors. It's in walking distance to four small stores, Dollar general in particular. Grocery outlet and Dollar tree are a 5 minute ride to get to. We have a gas station across the street. We have a True Value across the street. Also right down the street is a RV repair and sales shop. The park has all this within walking or a 2-5 minute drive. The park has showers, laundry mat, dog park and the park is well managed. My name is Larry space 69 and I've been here 4 years so far. It's worth a visit.

Beautiful park, easy access on and off the freeway. Close by the casino and a lot of beautiful sites to see in the area. Close by shopping with amenities on site. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, definitely recommend checking it out!
