Have this rate because check in was not the best. Someone was still in our designated spot upon arrival. Had to stay in a empty space that was available until this person moved. Was able to stay in empty space till next day. Issues with sewage connection because last occupant left there connection on the CVC pipe. Laundry was little confusing until I had to load an app to make machine work. Wasn't taking my quarters so now I have a laundry and dryer app that's good unless this laundry company CSC GO is located everywhere. I'm only seeing this service in Apt complex and don't know if it's just in this area. It's s very hard to get a refund if the dryer stops working and have 30 minutes still left after opening door to check clothes. The manager on duty did give us back 10% for the inconvenience at check in. Really nice neighbors and people around. There are three dog poop stations around the area but they're those who still refuse to pick up after there dogs. Stepped in poo twice. Hard to see at times camouflaged in the leaves. There is a community of cats around the area so beware if you have a dog or bird or something. Close to VA for us veterans but doesn't give discounts. I really thinks this place is overpriced for what they're offering besides the convenience to Durham.
