Please please please do not think the photos of this place are accurate. The owner told me he knows it’s in a bad area of town but he kept telling me it’s close to downtown so that makes up for it. Really bad location which is noisy and has chain linked fence with barbed wire on top. Not a safe place to even stay just for a night. People begging for money on the corner and hanging out. Zero stars for me

Wow! Y’all this is the worst RV place I’ve ever been to. The good reviews HAVE to be people paid or friends of the owner. They are insanely inaccurate. Please do not be a victim to this scam. You will not feel safe here.

We pulled up to this RV park today and could barely pull into the place. The area is EXTREMELY sketchy with none guests of the park roaming at all hours. We thought it was convenient because it was right off the highway but it was so incredibly loud and not secure whatsoever. Please do not waste your time and this site.

Very deceptive web site, Nashville's premier RV park it is not! While it is a short Uber ride into town it is in a VERY sketchy area. I would not stay there long and did not feel comfortable while we were there. Non guests were walking through the grounds at all hours. The other travelers were friendly and seemed as nervous as us. The sites are level but have cement tracks rather than a cement slab to park on. Our site had clearly had a sanitation dump accident with kitty litter poured on it. We only planned on a one nights stay thankfully and kenneled our dogs while we went into town for the day. I truly question the 5 star reviews. I would not stay here again.

Well, it is a campground that is close to downtown Nashville. Easy to get to and from that area. Very sketchy area of town. Some unsavory individuals were lingering at empty spots when we pulled up. We felt better about being here when some older people walked around.. maybe permanent campers? But you could tell they enjoyed monitoring the area. No amenities. The site was full hook up. If all you need is a place to park and not enjoy the campground this place works. If you are looking for a traditional campground, look elsewhere.
