  • Spacious sites with 30 and 50 amp service.
  • Social recreation areas including shuffleboard courts.
  • Convenient on-site laundry facilities and clean bathhouses.

These amenities ensure that every member of the family feels welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Boat tours frequently depart from nearby marinas to explore the outer islands like Cayo Costa, offering a chance to see dolphins and local birdlife in their natural habitat.

Who This Park Is Best For

This resort is ideal for active retirees and winter residents who appreciate a quiet, social environment. It is the perfect fit for RVers who prefer boat-centric activities and nature over crowded boardwalks or theme parks. I’ve been living here in this park for 3 years and have had 2 price increases. Every year I have problems with electricity and I keep getting told that I’m using more than 50 amps but the problem is the power poles between me and my neighbors. The hurricanes and the salty water fried the cables. We had a power surge today that ruined my new air conditioner. No air or electricity is unacceptable! I will be contacting an attorney! Please don’t rent or stay here.

I highly recommend this park for a few key reasons: Location - it is in paradise and it is off the beaten path Management - they make you feel safe and are interactive with the park. Debbie, Julie and Catherine are super and will help you when you need it. They also make sure things are running as they should. Clientele - the people in this park are amazing. Many are very friendly, nice and good people. I found many people who would listen, talk and help me with some things I was dealing with. I made some lifelong friends here and I do want to stay here again in the future. Great job all :)
