Quiet, close to mall/Waterpark/town/ferry, facilities were clean, ok price. It's ideal if you need a place to park and sleep for a few days while you go see sights. It's not a luxury rv park so if you intend to spend all day there with your kids you'll be disappointed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a lived in site, quite messy and run down. Good location, people were friendly. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Just needs to be cleaned up.

• Site was fairly level. • Very long sites, apparently they double up units in the sites. • This could be a great park, if properly run, but it’s mostly seasonal / permanent units and they don’t care about appearance. • It’s like a place RV’s go to die, I have never seen this many rundown units in one place. • The only thing this campground has going for it, is its proximity to the ferry. • Very expensive. • I did not use the showers, based on the rest of the campground I had very little faith in them. • There was also an odd odor in the park, could not identify it, it was almost like in a cross between restaurant kitchen when the grease traps were full and mold. • WIFI was slow, Rogers worked great. • I will not stay here again.

I first stayed there 4 years ago, and back then, the place needed a clean up and serious maintenance. Well here I am again 4 years later and nothing has changed. NOTHING! It still needs some serious TLC. The only thing good about this place is that it gives you a place to park your camper for the night so you can catch the early ferry. It was $70 a night for a piece of gravel to park on and sleep. There are lots of long-time RV residents here, some in decades old campers that look like they should be crushed.

It was a place for the night before catching the ferry. Old and not overly clean. Lots of long term people staying there with run down RVs and lots of junk in the yards I won't stay here again even though it is close to the ferry. I would rather drive a few more miles.and stay some place nicer.

Children and parents love the close proximity to the adventure Waterpark and slides. This RV park is within walking distance to big box stores and a huge shopping mall, making it a fantastic pit stop on your next Canadian road trip. Not the typical KOA. Parking and ride shuttle bus available to and from the ferry terminal if you're looking to escape for the day to one of the nearby Islands.
