We stopped for two nights on our way through the center of the state. What a wonderful place! So well kept, friendly, and quiet. If you are a star gazer, this is the place. No bright lights on all night. We will be happy to return and stay again when we are in the area.

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to go. It is a quiet RV park nestled along the Tucannon River. The closest town of Starbuck has a population of less than 200 so you won't run into heavy traffic. The most traffic and noise you will see is during the wheat harvest but even then it isn't much. As far as the park itself goes, the sites are widely spaced so you aren't parked on top of each other. They are full hookup sites with 20/30/50 amp service, water, and sewer. The bathrooms are roomy and clean. The showers cost $1.00 for a 7-minute shower. The park does have Wi-Fi, but cell service is non existent. It is a great place for star gazing, but wear bug spray. We got great shots of the Northern Lights and Milky Way since there are no big cities nearby The park is a good place for wildlife viewing including eagles, deer, turkeys, pheasant, and coyotes. The park is in the heart of the Palouse and is near Palouse Falls State Park, Lyons Ferry State Park on the Snake River, and the town of Dayton, Washington.

awesome RV park... Wide spaces... long pull-throughs... very well watered and kept lawn... great hosts.. lots of care taken here... restrooms and showers are very clean and nice... we will return again for sure..!!

We stayed there for the first time over the long Memorial Day Weekend. We are sure glad we did! Very well kept up, it's obvious the owners/staff really care about this place. It was very clean, quiet and just enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back some day!

This is a great campground the sites are all pull thru and about as level as you can get without concrete. Planned on staying 3 nights but family emergency we were only there 2…the hosts worked with us on either a refund or a gift certificate for the night we didn’t use. Amazing people all around the area, we had an electrical problem with the truck we were hunting out of managed to limp back to the campground and rather than get irritated with us for having to work on the truck in the drive everyone pitched in and got the truck running again. The river is a very short walk from your sites and even though there are no area lights in the campground make the best of it…go outside at night and see what you’re missing in the city…STARS AND THE MILKY WAY!! Great place we’ll be back again.

Great place Camp host very pleasant and helpful A little off the beaten path . But if you like to see the stars at night it is assume. Also you have to have a meal at Rebecca's in STARBUCK. Thanks R AND K SOCAL
