Absolutely incredible experience. The cabin is a true dream for nature lovers. It has the most impressive views on Lake Clark and it immerse you into AK wilderness and landscapes. Beth was a wonderful host and everything about staying here was unforgettable. Will definitely go back! Best place to be in this magical place called Lake Clark National Park.

We got a water taxi pick up from the north end of lake Clark as well as stayed at their camp spot for a night. Insanely beautiful and the access to lake Clark was incredible. Beth was super dope and helpful. Already can’t wait to go back! Definitely the best place in port alsworth.

Host Beth & Warren were extremely friendly & helpful. Throughout the booking process the communication was great. Beth is truly a bada$$ lady! We arrived timely to pick us up from our flight & took us across a creek in her pickup with her dog. They did a sockeye gill net harvest & were so generous to share it with us. We ended up cooking it up upon our return & can tell you it the most delicious & appreciated salmon meal of our lives. The Tulchina cabin was more than we expected for our stay. The location cannot be beat, secluded while still close enough for a stroll to the food truck which has free coffee and the best ice cream shakes! On Sundays the town has a welcoming flag salute for the veterans coming into Samaritan lodge & we were pleased to attend. Such a good feeling community it’s no wonder Beth & her family have chosen it for their home-base. We hope to return to Lake Clark someday & see what else Beth & Warren have done with their property. We can truly appreciate the hard work they both make in keeping the homestead alive, we wish them nothing but the best their futures. They are a gem to the community and to all that have been lucky enough to share their property. The cabin has very thoughfully furniture, for comfort and sightseeing. The screened in porch was appreciated. The fire pit up front with the firewood was used and enjoyed. The kitchen lends itself for home cooked meals too. There is a trundle bed in the livingroom that has the perfect setup for just lounging. The bed is nice & firm just like we like it. The shower and hot water are well set-up. The toilet is the outhouse only, but you have a nice view. The porch has really comfortable anti gravity loungers & extra chair to take out to the beach. We spend sometime fishing the lake & river, caught some grayling fish. Hikes are near the visitor center and the bay area. We were lucky to see a red fox and several bald eagles right from the cabin. Moose tracks seen on the beach bur never spotted. Bear scat o. The trails but never encountered. Overall a very relaxing and memorable stay.

If you are going to Lake Clark NP, this is where you should stay! Tulchina adventures has great, well-maintained campsites in an absolutely beautiful area. We could easily walk from our site to the trails in the park. Beth and her husband were fantastic hosts and incredibly helpful. We are so glad we chose to stay here, I hope you do too!

Beth helped outfit a group of 5 for a stay at Priest Rock cabin on Lake Clark. The gear was all top notch. We rented sea kayaks, water filters, stoves...basically everything. She also provided a water taxi to and from the cabin. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Tulchina Adventures! Can't wait to visit again.
