Perfect Beach for Dog Lovers and Shallow Water Fun! Turkey Point is hands down one of the best beaches I’ve visited, especially if you love shallow water and want a peaceful, low-wave experience. The water stays shallow for such a long stretch, making it perfect for wading and playing, especially with my dog. I love how I can play in the water while my dog swims around—it’s ideal for both of us to enjoy. The calm water and gentle waves make it a relaxing spot for families and pet owners. Highly recommend Turkey Point for a laid-back beach day with your furry friend!

The camping spot we were in at the provincial park was very spacious, providing ample room for our setup. While it's not close to the beach, you can reach it with a 10-15 minute walk. Unfortunately, the comfort station was disgusting and smelled awful, clearly very poorly maintained. On a positive note, there was plenty of area for kids to play around.

A warm shallow beach with medium soft brown sand that is relatively hard packed. It's quite clean, has shaded spots, not a lot of crowds, beach food restaurants across the road, vault toilets etc. The main park and beach are two different properties. The park has decent camping in an established forest.

Nice white sandy beach. The water was clear and great for a swim. Many ice cream places nearby. There are portable toilets and handwash stations available.

Turkey Point Provincial Park is located in Turkey Point, Ontario, and is part of the Ontario Parks system. A very nice park for camping with friends and family. Well maintained park and have electricity supply at the campsites, and cars can be parked in the campsite. There are bathrooms and toilets close to the campsites and good, but depends on how people use them. This place very close to Turkey Point beach on the shore of lake Erie. It is a very clean sand beach with clear water, good for a walk or play in the sand or swimming at own risk. There are few restaurants along side of the road, and can a beer with the beautiful view of the beach. Not too crowded, at least when I was here and was very pleasant in the evening while the sun set. Had a very good time and experience at this beach and at the provincial park overnight camp. Prepared our own barbeque with bonfire and lot of talking with friends. Patrolling is done by the park management to ensure safety of the campers and to avoid any issues.
