RV Park was fully booked and the spaces are not far apart. With that being said, it is a well kept park. They drive around every morning and spread water on the gravel road to cut down on the dust, which is a great idea and much appreciated. When we pulled in, our water valve was broken. The staff had it fixed within an hour. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Got to see otters play in the river, which was fun to see and there were tons of baby fish jumping every morning and evening. I would like to make a suggestion to the park though. It would be fantastic to have a playground in the green field for the kids to play on. Parents like to sit at camp and the younger kids cant go to the beach by themselves, but if there were a play structure it would help entertain them more. Better for the kids and the parents. The food was ok (breakfast only unfortunately), but I heard from many other campers that the Mexican food place that used to be there was far better. We did really enjoy the pizza cart and the beer. Just wish it was open more often.

Camped here in an RV. Found it was very very crowded. Felt liked sardines stacked in a can. RVs about 15 feet apart with a picnic table between. No privacy at all. I could hear conversations neighbor is having at their picnic table which is 4 feet from my driver's side. Extreme amounts large dogs, many children with the usual noise. It has a nice beach but it's a little walk, about 15 minutes, to get to there. Not a place for peace and quiet. Or privacy. Won't come back, will let friends know not to come to this camp area.

Great location for base camping and fun day trips, whether you’re into hiking, food, viewpoints on the ocean. RV sites have fire pits, tables and some special sites even have hot tubs. They also have cabins, but I have never stayed. There is a short trail under Hwy101 to a beach and the ocean. Arch Rock Brewery has a taproom now in the campground and a bar grill across the street is fun and has good food. Some stuff like leaking showers, worn decks should be fixed when possible.

Location was decent, most the staff was nice however we feel the place is kind of a scam! 1st to start. Cabin #37. Hottub was dirty and had filth, the mop bucket was laying out full of dirty bleach water which is the 1st thing our 16 month old went for! 2nd the campsites we stayed at were trashed. #65 had egg shells laying all over in the ground with some trash, the 2nd site 18B had trash laying around it and a half eaten sandwich we had to throw out upon arrival. The amenities were decent and the beech is great. However there is NO GOOD CELL SERVICE, and with that we ran into a issue with some very rude staff. On the last day of checkout we are rudely greeted by a lady telling us they are charging us for a site we didn't even use!!! The sites 18a and 18b are so close together it all looks the same. Not separated at all. Literally have site 18, 18a and 18b plus a cabin all as one single site. They don't have the areas marked well at all. They stated they called us with the no phone service we have (not to mention were on vacation.. who the heck is on there phone?) to tell us now supposedly a tent is sitting to close to site 18A. And they weren't able to reach us by phone. However they did talk to one of the 12 people surrounding those camps to tell the owner to move a tent. Now my issue is. They never contacted me (the owner).. They were able to call a phone with no service, talk to folks who didn't even rent the site and didn't have the nerve to stop at my site #65 to address any issues. (Which they passed me over 20 times during our stay) Didn't say 1 word to me except wave. So I know y'all seen me. And in the last day your gonna try and charge me a extra $55 for something I never had any knowledge of? Absolutely terrible way of doing business charging someone for something they didn't use nor even had any knowledge there was even a issue. This was gonna be our yearly stay and I'm sorry to say this may not be the spot no more. Very disappointed in the way to did business.

It was fantastic, about a 5 minute walk to the kissing rock beach, it's nice and quiet, very well kept and clean. The price for the resort was excellent. The cabins had hot tubs which was so nice even in the spring weather. The bathroom and bedroom were a little tighter than I expected but the living room and kitchen area were very nice and open though and it had a cool balcony for the second bedroom. They provided a lot of amenities which was very nice. I over all really enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful and the staff was very nice and friendly 😊the entry road to the resort did have rather large pot holes which some were concerningly deep😬

This place was a delightful find after looking at bland hotel rooms. Check-in was cheery and helpful and we were given the choice of cabins. We chose #44, which, in an amazing feat of engineering was a tiny home with everything we could wish for: living room, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, full bathroom and loft with two twins. That was just the inside. Outside there was a decent-sized deck and hot-tub overlooking the estuary and ocean. Neighbors were respectfully quiet while enjoying their amenities. It was raining when we arrived but that didn't interfere with our leisurely wallowing in the tub enjoying the view, and waking up to sunny, tidy campground was lovely. Definitely on our list of "places to go to again".

We had such a great time this week at your resort. Great staff working hard all day. Nice safe and clean RV stop. Dog friendly. The best Pacific Ocean Beach access. Sea lions, seal's. Turtle rock to Sebastian cape. 3.5 miles 7 miles RT. Nice little town lots of good seafood, BBQ, local kitchens and bar food and supplies, including fresh fish and Crab. We also had a hot tub. Met some nice folks. And the Tortuga restaurant was a perfect fit with delicious food and margaritas! TY to you all*****

Lovely, peaceful RV park, really close to Gold Beach and Kissing Rock, with its own lovely little tidal pool that is home to different birds and frogs. It also provides a fire pit, which sadly we didn’t get to use this time. Had a great night’s sleep, and has all the amenities you need - water, grey & black water dump, a toilet/shower block, and a handy shop next to reception. Would recommend this site to everyone, and would definitely stay again.

Really cool spot. A walk away from the ocean and the kids could swim in the creek right off our campsite. Spots are a little closer together than I would like but would definitely come here again. I recommend booking early enough to get a spot with a hot tub!
