Tuscumbia RV Park

We only stayed here one night due to issues with our RV; but honestly, we probably would have left anyway. The reviews we read before we booked at Tuscumbia RV Park were that it was quiet and in a peaceful setting. We did not find that to be true. It is just off a VERY busy highway with 18-wheelers coming and going all night; and then there is the train that sounds like it is coming right through the park, complete with whistle. I also would not say this park is "well-maintained." It took me about 15 minutes to blow all the debris off the site we were assigned. This park is 99% full-timers, so if you're coming to the quad-cities and want to stay in an RV park (with truly beautiful views), look at McFarland Park right on the Tennessee River. Much better location and $20 a night cheaper.

Very nice, well-maintained rv park. Many have made it their permanent home. Lots of shade and nice, clean laundry/shower area. No amenities for young adults and children but a quiet, clean safe place to stay. Convenient to the Shoals area and lots of things to do there. The Rattlesnake Saloon is not very far and also the North Alabama Speedway. We stay several months each year because it’s one of the few available in the area with nice shady sites that’s not too far from town and the Tennessee river.

The park has no amenities except bath house, which is clean, laundry n WiFi. The train and traffic noise can be loud n disturbing. There’s only one pull-thru spot which they call Premium spot & costs more. It’s pretty clean, the office personnel for check-in was Not on premises and the office was closed which was a bit confusing. There used to be a rec-room but now it’s the managers office, so no activities for kids. Overall, it’s okay for a nite or two stay (stop) on way to a vacation spot.

Great staff good location. Camp host Jennifer is very helpful and fun to talk to. Beautiful place, and the dog park is a nice touch. Clean facilities to shower and do laundry. Definitely a great place to visit or hang your hat long term. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are in the area for a Specific reason, ok. The 1st three spots are very near a 4 lane busy highway, And 2 sets of very active train tracks. EXTREMELY NOISY IN THESE SPOTS. Avoid if not necessary. Price good, ppl ok.

This is one of the nicest RV parks in the area. It’s nice and shady with a creek close by. There’s a laundry room and WiFi. It’s quite and peaceful here. They offer monthly rates.

Clean, quiet, level lots. Hookups are well maintained. Spacious lots with room for rv and tables, chairs, etc. Packed gravel on lots so the area should drain well and stay dry. Everything appears well maintained. Lots of shade.

Mr. Ronnie and Ms. Denise are wonderful! Very accommodating and the park is well cared for. Laundry and showers are well maintained. Others guests in park seem very friendly and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. We love it here and are so glad we chose this spot for our temporary home away from home! If you in need of a place to stay short or long term this is your best bet. You feel like family from day one!
