Great camp ground. Spots are large and clean. Everything is well kept and dog park is huge! The owner is super nice as well and quiet times were adhered to making for a good nights sleep. One note - each site has a light which is great for walking around but you will want to block your windows to sleep if you are light sensitive.

Laundry room was slightly filthy and needs updating. Clubhouse needs cleaning and redecorating. Don and his wife Marilyn were the nicest warmest couple there who helped us with what we needed while we stayed here. Although I would not recommend this place or come back due the manager and her consistent terrifying abusive family drama in the clubhouse that triggered everyone and the other staff. I must say that up until that point we never had too many problems with our neighbors . It is deep in the hood but its cheap and its a spot to rest your head for a BRIEF moment. I give it a 2 because of the kindness shown by the ground keepers. Disappointing compared to the photos online. Disappointed in the lack of integrity in management. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and understanding from management. Our voices were not heard as customers but its to be expected nowadays. All about a quick buck and on to the next one. Get in and get out.

:) beth is awesome. Great amenities and great staff. This park is located conveniently between many different stores and eating places. The area is spacious and it's quiet. So far I have really enjoyed being here.

Wow! What a great find. This park has wide roads so with our 45’ class A MH and tow vehicle, which puts us at 70’ total, we had no problem getting around. Rusty hooked us up and we were beyond surprised. This park is unique and just fun to look at all the cool things everywhere. Price is reasonable. Rusty, we will be back and stay much longer. Thank you for helping us when we had a medical emergency. Thank you 😘

Well, this is a fantastic RV park to stay at, even though I only stayed 1 night. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The convenience of Hunt Bros Pizza being on site for dinner was great. The shower and bathroom are super clean and stocked. The grounds are clean, and the stay was quiet all for a great price. Thank you for the great stay at your facility. I look forward to coming back.

Well…the good would be the friendly manager who greeted us. They have nice pull-through sites with cute lanterns at each site. The bad is that it is mostly a long-term RV park, so it depends where they put you if you are in a nice spot or by someone who has lived there for years. Everyone needs a place to live, but would be nice if they divided the park up so short term travelers weren’t stuck between long-term tenants. They have a lazy river, which was definitely being used in the 100 degree weather. We didn’t use it. The pictures they post do not reflect the conditions at the park. It did have large yard for dogs to run. Costs too much to be stuck where we were, as you can see from the picture of our RV neighbor. We only stayed one night, so wasn’t bad, but if you had to stay more than one night, I would find another place.

Very nice place .we were passing through and found this to stay overnight. Easy in and easy out. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area

The pictures I have posted of this place is probably the best thing about it when looking back at my trip and all the places that I stayed at... You have full timers that live there that have children and you can't get into the hot tub.. The pool that they built is quite unique but it's not heated And was down for disrepair when I was there. The husband and wife that own the place seemed very nice it's very nice it seems like the the help there has overtaken the place.. Definitely has a lot of potential..

I enjoyed my spot, it was only a night but very quiet, nice staff and an amazing lazy river, FREE ice.. Only complaint is the clutter by the ice machine.

What a fantastic park this is! Tom is one of the nicest guys too, met us after hours to check us in and even gave us 2 different sites to choose from. Clean grounds, laundry and showers! Cable was a plus as was the cost. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Was dark when we arrived else I would have posted a picture. Just love the vibes here too, feels like home!
