just moved in to this super quiet and quaint RV park (full time camping at its finest!) friendly staff, everything within the complex is easy to get to and use at your leisure... would definitely recommend to anyone with an RV or travel trailer needing temporary or long term living at an affordable price, compared to other alternative living situations...

Wonderful location! Minutes away from I4 and historic downtown Sanford. However, major drawback this park has is management. Remember folks, this park is 55+ so is going to be full of retired. They had nothing else to do than harass residents with their "on the spot rules". Specially the guy with a black straw hat. He drives around looking L/R for stuff that nobody cares. If you don't agree with whatever he said. You're out. Again, the community seem nice, everyone is welcoming as every other park I stayed. But management aka "White raisins team" make everything so difficult that you won't enjoy your stay here. They're in constant watch of what people are doing. Recommend to look somewhere else for better accommodation, services and piece of mind. Two other options are; Wekiva Fall RV resort or Luna Sand RV resort are far better places at a lower cost.

While I didn't stay here, I did use their dump station a few times while I was in the area. I will definitely use it again as long as it's available. The fee was very reasonable. The people here were exceptionally nice and welcoming. I was definitely impressed. It's clear to me why this place is recommended.

The reviews have been pretty bad so I thought I’d leave one. We only popped in to dump, but it was only $12 and the park looked fine. The ladies in the office were very friendly. It doesn’t seem rundown, although it might be a little bit older. There are a lot of traveling RVs, but it looks like it’s mixed in with permanent people, but it looks cared for. I can’t speak for the amenities. 🚌💨🗺️

The park was nice, but the tiny space they put us in was terrible.........
