Stayed on FHU site 50 amp in 32 ft. travel trailer for 4 nights. Easily made reservations with helpful, friendly staff. Very nice campground with lake for swimming or fishing, gravel pads, close to highway. Quiet and peaceful area. Quite a few seasonal guests - all that we spoke to were very nice. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Great place to camp. Well kept and clean. Very friendly owners and campers. Great place for families as well. They have a great beach and swim lake. They also have a big lake for fishing. The camp store has quite a bit of stuff to cover your needs. Definitely recommend camping here.

Very relaxing, clean, quiet, nice to revisit nature. I set outside my cabin, facing the lake, watching Eagles and Hawks fishing in the lake. I watched the eagle perched in a tree and eat some of its bounty. The owners are very nice folks!

Great place to camp. Fishing was good in the 13-acre lake. Really like the trail for golf carts around the lakes. Nice 3 acre swimming lake with a sand beach. The camp store was well stocked. Very friendly people. You can see campgrounds right off highway. It's super easy to get to. The only thing that could be better is that some of the siites had weeds and grass. All in all, it's a great place to stay

Our large family came in yesterday for a week long stay visiting our children’s great grandmother who lives nearby. The park owner, Kevin, walked us through the amenities and offered to help if we need anything, and came out to visit while our children were enjoying the playground. We love the accessibility to the Interstate as well as the walking path along the lake shore. Bluffton is a nice small town and close enough if you are traveling to Toledo to the zoo or children’s museum.

We had reservations with 3 other families set up for 5 wks prior to our stay. Upon arriving, there was someone else in our spot. ( it does happen, I get that). We were placed in an over flow spot. All 3 other families separated on each end of the park. I was ignored when I asked for a fire pit in a spot that had no fire pit. We were told that we could be compensated on some of the fee charged do to their mistake but that never happened. Very rude to our son on more than one occasion. Our guests treated rude. We will never be back. This park used to be so nice and tidy. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay. The water smells like bad eggs worse than I’ve ever smelled. So much eye sore when you enter the park. It’s gone down hill immensely in the 10+ years we’ve been coming here.

Very nice place. and the lake looks awesome. And they also have a swing pond wish More places had places to fish with big fish . And not just catching and release. I like fresh fish for dinner sometimes. Awesome place

Its a beautiful place. Well maintained and if you like a quite country setting, this is the place for you. They have all the amenities you need, plus the have paddle boat and canoe rentals, clean laundry room and the owner and his "significant other " are probably the best people I've met on the road. They're both kind and willing to help you and will even answer the phone and allow you to pull in at 130 in the morning. I plan on many more stays here and look forward to everyone of them. Top knock country camping!
