We just popped in for a moment to check out campground. The resort looks like a beautiful spot to stay. Campground, Cabins, marina. Really beautiful, quiet place. Small lake with BIG BEAUTY!!

We always make this place a routine to stop by and have lunch once a year while on our vacation on the Deschutes River. They have the best and cutest t-shirts. Have to always buy a couple. The view from the restaurant is beautiful.

Stayed at the campground and used the showers. It was an experience as the restroom/shower didn't appear to be getting cleaned daily. It was very dirty in the showers & restroom Saturday-Wednesday, unfortunately. The coffee/ice cream hut was a nice place to grab a coffee or milkshake. The restaurant with outdoor seating was great. This morning, after a rain hail lightning thunderstorm, the rental row boats had quite a bit of water in them. The staff seemed very new and still in training. Compared to Elk (pre 2025) & Cultus Lake, this resort still has a way to come as far as the store and dining options.

We used the public showers here three times while dry camping at north twin lake. On Monday, just after the doors were unlocked at 9am, we found trash on the floor, beer cans atop a wall, a bag of someone's toiletries on the sink counter and some disturbing brown stains on the wall on one shower. The toilet was a black hole of rust stains. We thought that maybe they just hadn't had time to clean them yet. On Thursday, we used them again and found the only change was the trash can was more full. I asked the two women at the store counter when and if they were cleaned and they assured us that they were SUPPOSED to be cleaned every day, and they would check to see if they were. The brown stains SHOCKED them! Yet on Sunday when we used them again the only change was that there was MORE trash on the floor, and toilet paper around the toilet and the trash was near overflowing. There are other public showers nearby and we'll be using those and doing our last minute shopping there.
