Friendly and helpful host. Bathrooms clean and well maintained. Canal walk was convenient and the only place to walk a dog, but a lot of dog poop and trash

Stayed there for a month until we bought a home. Very nice people and lots were reasonable. The hot tub is tiny and not hot! Management was so nice, would stay there again if needed.

A nice little campground. We came in on Xmas at around 8pm. Sure enough, somebody came outside and greeted us and helped us find a spot. A pull through with a nice concrete slab for a patio. We were only staying the night, so we didn't need any other amenities. Electric box was in good order, surge protector showed the power was good, so no hassles. Did not hook up water as it was too cold to do. Highly recommend for an overnight. Price was good.

Laid back, relaxed atmosphere. More long term residences than weekenders. Only about half the sites were full. Clean restrooms and facilities.

It's the friendliest community I've ever experienced. Everyone goes out of their way to learn your name and say hello. Everyone seems to know when you need a pick me up moment; cards and friendly reminders happen regularly. And management is a dream! Easy to talk to because humanly invested in the happiness of the park as a whole. GREAT place to visit. You'll feel welcomed here. I certainly did and do. ❤❤❤
