The management was stellar. Compared to government subsidized housing they never let a bio hazard become a bio hazard, meaning that if there are plumbing issues management is on it within minutes of it being reported and stays on in through rain sleet snow or hail until the issue is fixed. The people who lived there were friendly although the Park was a bit rough around the edges (2022) if people are thinking subsidized housing is a better choice? Don’t even think about it.

They could really use some maintaining of the grounds. But slowly but surely they are getting rid of all the riffraff.. it's calming down and much more peaceful. Love all the squirrels and kitties roaming the park.

Beautiful park with amazing people. Very neighborly and know how to treat each other. And know how to enjoy life. Great park.

The manager (Paul) is the kindest most patient person ever. This Park has the potential to be one of the most beautiful Mobile Home Parks inTuolumne County… just a couple of rough edges. Management does all they can to fix things ASAP.

Nice big lot but office is only open two hours a day making it difficult to move in than it should be.
