This is hands down the best campground we have stayed at. The most amazing owners/hosts have to be the most accommodating folks I have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Lots of entertainment and fun through the peak season. Lots of amenities and the campers are great. Family friendly, pet friendly, fun for everyone! You guys are rock stars ⭐️

First time at Two Rivers Campground and it is a very nice camp ground. We stayed the weekend with Friends during a youth all-star baseball tournament. We stayed in one of their cabins (Gracie) mid-size of the 3 they have. It was a very nice, inside. Looked like it was very new with the wood walls, furniture, small kitchen and bathroom. It was decent in space inside but we mostly were outside. The bunk beds are nice that the kids slept in and the pull out couch bed (Queen size) was nice for camping. We did have a small issue with an odor in the bathroom. Maintenance promptly came out addressed the issue as best as they could. Very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The only thing I would like the campground to add would be a towel rack/hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels to dry.

This place ended up being really great- but i’m leaving 4 stars because it was almost a disaster. (More on that soon) The good- CLEAN, so clean, bathrooms were clean, pool was great, river was fun. Free use of kayaks, canoe and peddle boats is almost unheard of and we really enjoyed using them- there’s a great little spot across the stream on the island with a beach and a rope swing that the kids just loved. The DJ was great- bands were okay- fireworks were fun. It’s really a great little campground. Fishing was fun- we could fish right from our site (47B) Workers were friendly- store had the necessities- ice was always stocked. We didn’t need it but just a note that propane refill was down while we were there. Not good or bad- but info for some people. The WiFi did not work well on 47B- this didn’t affect my rating but for people like me who may NEED to do some work while traveling- this isn’t the site for that- our friends in 58 and 34 had no issues! I went to their site to get some work done one day. The bad- and the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. I just cannot recommend booking site 59. It’s really just not a site and looks/feels nothing like any of the other 60+ sites there. When we pulled up I wanted to cry. We booked 59 to be next to our friends in 58 -site unseen. It’s a gravel hill- that honestly should just be parking. Everywhere else is grass or on the river or has nice trees (or in the field with full hook up). I can’t imagine anyone pulling up to that site after driving through the whole park- seeing all the nice sites and being happy- so I feel like fair warning is the only thing I can do. Image of site 59 below. Our stay was saved by some wonderful people who switched with us (seriously they are saints) because it put them closer to their family group. Other than the disaster of site 59- it’s a 5 star campground- and I would recommend to anyone.

A friend and I stopped here for a night on a ride from Toronto area to Nova Scotia. We arrived a bit after closing time unknowingly. They were so nice opened for us got us a sight even helped push my buddies bike when it wouldn't start. They were so great we stayed again on the way back. I called and asked if it was ok we were really late and they said of course pick a site and settle in. We caught up with them in the morning thanked them again paid our tab and we're off. I wouldn't highly recommend this campground. Beautiful spot not enough good to say about the owners. Nice bathrooms and showers everyone that was staying at the park were repeat customers. That alone tells you all you need to know. Stop on say HI 👋 enjoy the stay. Thank you all again it was great meeting you and I'll be back!! Jeff

We just returned from our stay at Two Rivers Campground. We want to take the opportunity to recommend this friendly campground to Good Sam's members and all those who are seeking a quiet friendly campground. The owners provided us a comfortable site which accomated our needs perfectly 👌 Dogs are welcomed guests. We decided to extend our stay during our visit. The owners were gracious and helpful. This location is a great location to do some fishing in Maine. We look forward to returning again soon.

This campground is so beautiful, we have full hookups, the river is right in front of our site, all the amenities a full time family needs and amazing experience with Laura and Dan, the owners. All the people here are super friendly, kind and respectful. Great place to end the summer. Thanks for the wonderful site. The Bardwells

Loved this little gem in Skowhegan! Super clean and neat, best one yet! We came over our Anniversary weekend for our last near home excursion and weren’t disappointed! We will return I’m sure. Thanks for having us.

Dan and his wife run an amazing clean friendly campground. quiet respectful with so much to do right at camp. free use of kayaks canoe and paddle boat. Dan was kind enough to deliver firewood not once but twice for us. showers are spotless. nothing is dirty old or worn. top notch place. so happy we came. see ya next year

Peaceful and lovely for several days stay. We were lucky to have a site to park parallel to the river. Paddleboats, canoes and kayaks are free to use to go for a trip on the river. The store was stocked at reasonable prices and Laura was very nice. The bath houses and laundry were clean and I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the laundry (Yes, I iron). The lending library was nice, I borrowed one and donated one I had with me. The playground seemed adequate but be aware-the pool is not heated! My only suggestion to staff would be some attention to the pool deck and chairs they were quite dirty. This place is super busy in weekends so mid week would be best if you can swing it. Overall, a great stay!
