A Hidden Gem – Absolutely Perfect! We had an amazing stay at Two Rivers Campground and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, spotless facilities, and incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Greg, the manager, is truly the heart of this place. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He’s super helpful, kind, and clearly passionate about making the campground a special experience for everyone. You can tell he cares and it shows in every little detail. The restrooms and showers are cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed in and completely free to use! It’s rare to find such well-maintained facilities at a campground, and it made our stay even more comfortable. We also loved the free use of kayaks and paddle boats for up to two hours. What an awesome bonus! Paddling along the river surrounded by nature was such a peaceful and fun experience. The campground itself is quiet, beautiful, and set right along the river, which makes for stunning views and a serene vibe. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Plus, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole place feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back. Two Rivers Campground is a real treasure!

Two Rivers Campground is a nice setting on the River. The manager greeted us, escorted us to our site and helped us pull in to a level area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. We landed on a busy weekend with a wine walk, lots of guests, cars and a band that played until a few minutes after 10 pm. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, but we tend to prefer quiet spaces. I think I'd go back here but would probably check their calendar to see what's going on. This particular weekend the sites felt very close and cramped. Given that the increased campfire smoke was difficult for me to handle. Other than that it's a nice place and I'd like to try to get a site right on the river next time.

This is the second time we have stayed at Two Rivers Campground. We planned our stay to coincide with the Skowhegan state fair which is an annual visit for our family. We love this campground because of the mellow atmosphere and the owners are on-site and awesome. Free use of kayaks canoes and pedal boats is sweet. The sites are spacious and the campground is kept spotless. The only negative is the proximity to rt 2 so there is traffic noise at all hours if you are in one of the closer spots to the front but it doesn't bother me.

We had a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean and well organized. We were surprised and delighted to find balloons waiting for us in celebration of a birthday we were celebrating. The lake is absolutely beautiful and perfect for kayaking. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Great stay! Likely top ten campgrounds of all time. Saw two bald eagles fishing on the river and being harassed by the camp crows. Great conveniences in camp and near town. Good local breweries, who cater to dogs. Greg helped me with a large pair of water pump pliers to change the bump stops on my truck. Julie was very helpful and informative. Good entertainment and food trucks for Memorial Day. Only negative was no hot water for washers. I just added a pot of boiled water. Thank you!!
