The U.S. Space and Rocket Center RV Campground is a small campground with full hook ups at a great location with an even better price of $30 a night for a back in spot. The sites were spacious and included a picnic table and a small grill. There was a shower house /bathroom on site. The bathroom featured three bathroom stalls and two showers. The bathrooms were especially clean and well maintained!! I love that there was a lock code to get in the bathrooms it made me feel safe. There are about 30 sites at the whole campground. There isn’t any trails to walk your dogs but there is tons of grass area and many sidewalks with limited traffic to walk your dogs on. We loved how we were only a few minutes from downtown Huntsville and basically close to everything. The campground is within earshot of a highway so we did get a lot of highway noise but it wasn’t bad, just figured I would mention that for those who are light sleepers. Overall, we enjoyed this campground and it served as the perfect spot to get to all of Huntsville’s amazing amenities quickly.

Decent price for full hook-ups and nights are quiet (but it's not full right now). Roads could use some TLC. Easy to get to, easy to pull in.

This is a good RV park, one not to expect a lot of amenities, lots aren't very level so expect to work at getting your rig level, hook ups could use updating. Rest rooms and showers were well kept and clean. There is no wifi available and the Marriot has very limited food options, there are delivery services locally which works great for the camp ground if you don't want to unhook. Nice location

Very nice park. Quiet. Sites are nice sized. Most are shaded.. Not any amenities really other than laundry but we don't want all the bells and whistles so it's perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

I love how cool this place is. If you are a fan of space, this is a must see. All the history here is amazing. The staff is super informative and looking to tell you loads of things you didn’t know. Just sit and listen in amazement. The VR was a cool experience and the other attractions are fun but the main thing is seeing the size of these real life space craft. I was blown away and wish I had longer to stay. I was passing through on the way home. This could be a 4-6 hour visit depending on how much you read or do. It it’s worth it to explore.
