Sold our old boat this year as it was becoming unreliable. Only really used it to go up to Strawberry once a year. Really loved skipping all the hassle and going with a rental from the marina. The boat worked perfectly and the fish were biting. Had a great day. I would do it every week in October, except for the cost. They had a ton of their boats sitting empty during the best fishing of the year. They are leaving so much money on the table because they can’t vary their rental prices seasonally. The other rental I saw had like 9 guys packed onto it. If the prices were more reasonable those guys would have rented 2 boats for sure. Also, we missed the best fishing of the day because the rental ended at 5pm, two hours before sunset. Right when it was time to head to the marina, all three of us had fish on the line at the same time. Still it was a great experience. I just wish they made me want to give them more of my money.

My buddy got a room and loved it. We had 11 people total on two boats for our fishing trip. Everyone caught fish hand over fist. Paul was our guide and he was fantastic. I don’t have the imagination to have asked for an experience half as good as he provided. Cory was the Captain of the other boat and everyone on that boat said they had a great time as well. The photos below were typical of the whole trip; the only problem was there was not very much time to take pictures. It was fish on, fish on, fish on all morning long.

Rooms were good, they were replacing the roof and they had a mess everywhere, the party i was with stepped on the nails and was stabbed in the foot. We also rented a pontoon for the whole day. The boat was nice. Restaurant was nice except on Saturday night, we arrived and the server was ignorant because we got there at 6:30pm they close at 7pm we were told we had to take the food to go. But they were allowing other's in and they were being served. I understand that it was close to closing but the sign was still open.

The Marina is 5 Stars! The staff here are amazing. Helpful & Kind & Freindly with Great customer service! The lodge however and the rooms need maintenance & cleaning of carpets & vents & just some work put into them because it ruins the experience when you stay! Leaves a bad impression on this wonderful place and these wonderful people.

Strawberry Marina is amazing. The staff is always great and the lake is perfect. If you rent a pontoon boat, they take such good care of you. There's always someone there to help guide you back into the dock. The boats are clean and super fun to go out and fish with the family. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quick getaway.

I should give you zero stars because this campground quite frankly does not deserve any type of recommendation. The dump station was not working. Every pump was out of order The ones that didn't have an out of order sign or blocked with caution tape would not read any of our credit cards. The restroom we used in the F loop campground was completely out of TP and was absolutely disgusting. The fish cleaning station at the boat ramp was shut down. I believe this is at least year 2 of it not working. After paying $22 a night for my camp spot, $10 for potable water, $10 for an extra vehicle and $10 a day to launch our boat I feel my "return on investment" was to say the least, lacking. Needless to say I will never stay at this campground again and will advise all my fellow campers to do the same. If all your campgrounds are this mismanaged I will not stay there either. This truly was one of the worst campgrounds we have ever stayed in.

Group spots are a joke. Bring a compact car, tear drops will fit, may have to park your car at the marina.

This place is getting run down was over to renegade boat ramp the rest rooms were closed the portable toilet We're over flowing, didn't look like they have been cleaned in a month Or more Went over to strawberry boat ramp The rest rooms were closed the fish cleaning station was out of order T

The hosts were amazing. Sorry we had to leave in the middle of the night and was not able to take all the trash with us my daughter that is 7 months pregnant and at the camp site with us went into labor and we needed to get her to the hospital. We only left a few boxes and a jug of water behind we are really sorry that we could not get it all you ladies are amazing thank you and we will be back again soon. We stayed in site A8 from July 16th to July 18th unfortunately we had to leave at 11:53pm on Sunday night. Thank you again

My family and I had a beautiful weekend. The reason for 4 stars is because the Marina Bay is WAY too expensive. I bought a case of DASANI water for $15. I bought a handful of candy and snack, maybe like 6 or less items which totaled to $106 dollars. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Gale was our Host at the campsite. We stayed at lot C01 which was more private and bigger than the other lots. We had a beautiful view of the moon coming up at night. We will definitely return.
