A Hidden Gem in Mesa We’ve had such a great experience at The Tiffany. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home. The management team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents-they're always quick to respond and go the extra mile to help. The location has also been a big plus for us. It’s close to everything we need, but tucked away enough to feel safe and relaxed. Plus they allow dogs and even have an enclosed grassy area for our pups. Highly recommend.

The park manager for the location on main in Mesa, Erica, is an awesome manager. She is very attentive to the renters and does all she can to assist. The park itself is nice. The owners are not very military friendly though. I stayed there twice. I paid on time and was a upstanding member of the park. The second time I rented a spot from the end of one month and 19 days of the next month. They charged me for the full month for the second month. Apparently, it was considered a short stay. I didn't stay for just one weekend. I stayed for 19 days out of the month. I am currently retiring from the Army after 27 years, and they would not prorate the price for me when I found a home nearby. If this is how they treat returning renters, I will not be staying there again even with the best park manager in the area.

Yes I never got the chance to stay there because you were very rude and disrespectful on the phone! It’s okay to just serve 55+ community but you don’t have to say that I’ll never find a place for me and my family. Take your negative and shut it up! So to all young families looking for RV parks don’t waist your time on calling because this place takes out their frustration on your call and questions. Oh and by the way we found a beautiful park on a very nice , clean and new RV resort in Arizona that are super friendly as welcoming. So not all Arizonions are rude!!!

It's safe, clean, quiet and affordable. All the things I look for in an RV park. The owners are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of rules, but I like that. I feel like that is a protection and a convenience. I would definitely recommend them and return again.

I am not share why people are not giving Bobby and Kim better ratings. Yes, this is a small, locally owned and operated park. Bobby and Kim live on site so any issues are handled very quickly. I am still a bit green when it comes to the RV world, but I did find out very quickly that adding "Resort" to the park name means you can charge at least 50% more. Last summer I stayed in two such "resort parks" and what I paid for one week is close to what I paid for a month at The Tiffany. No, there are no pools, hot tubs, organized outings, etc, but I don't use these things so why pay for that. What The Tiffany offers is a small community of people that get to know your name. Yes, the spaces are a bit smaller, but I don't need a large area as I am not here to host a party. To start with, Bobby will speak with every person before they submit a reservation request. I like the idea especially since I am a widowed senior woman traveling with my furry kids. This park is for longer stays as there is a bit more paperwork involved. Bobby was great in helping me to get my rig backed into my slot. After one month being there, I was very pleased with the envirnoment and asked to stay longer. Thankfully, Bobby and Kim were able to make a few adjustments and I was able to stay in the same spot. I ended up staying in my one spot for close to six months before heading out. During my six months stay, Bobby and Kim helped me out when I had accidently locked myself out when I took my pups out for the last evening duty time. When my propane was getting low, I learned about extended stay propane setups from Bobby so I didn't have to move my RV. These two people are wonderful and I enjoyed getting to know them. Are there things that can be improved upon, of course, there is always room for improvement. In my six months there, I found only a few things that could be handled. The biggest one is that the lot needs to be resurfaced. Asphalt lots in AZ take a beating and one is no different. The only thing that I saw was the fencing between The Tiffany and the neighbors to the west needs to be taken care of with TLC. This might not even be The Tiffany's fence! Do I recommend this great little park to others coming into town for a while, you bet I do! In a heart beat!

A small, private, RV (not mobile home) park. Basic amenities such as washer/dryers, but nothing like a pool, shuffleboard, etc. If you're looking for a resort, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a safe, friendly place to park your rig while in the East Valley, check them out. They do tend to fill up quickly in the fall and winter and do have minimum stays during the winter.
