We've been here since winter the year Mandi took over. She's been amazing, supportive, understanding, and works so hard to keep everything beautiful. We keep to ourselves, and we appreciate how peaceful this place is. FYI, if you're looking to purchase here, this property wasn't touched by the flooding last November!

The newer Manager, Mandi, doesn't do anything, most of the places are dumps, and she refuses to get involved with any complaints. The old guy was really bad in his own right, but this Mandi person is completely useless. By the way, Joy Skrypnek is the GM of this MHP, so quite a bit biased. Also I do live in the park. I am renting from one of the owners.

Very sorry to hear Mandi run down on her work by someone who does not even live in the park. Perhaps your comments should be rescinded. This park is exactly that “a beautifully landscaped park, clean, and very respectful residents who care a lot.

Lived here for 3 years. New management came in Spring of 2019. There are no problems anymore. Friendly and respectful management here now. Everything is kept nice, landscaping is nice, quiet park. Family Friendly!
