Upriver RV resort is in a perfect location, only 1 mile off of I75 and they facilities are top notch. Flat concrete pads with no gravel anywhere. Nice size pull through sights as well. This is a definite come back to location in the future.

Active community if they want you to be a part of their groups. Not friendly, the owner is snobby and doesn’t care about any individual. She just wants to charge charge charge for everything. The week before we left, the city was doing inspections, they were getting nailed for back flow valves on their water supplies, I heard the office lady tell maintenance, if they don’t have one, put it on and charge, each camper, per lot. Also, everything other thing you need is 20 dollars or more. Over priced cult for $2200+ a month. Seek another campground. The owner does not care about you, just your wallet. She’s trained her staff to do the same.

This is our second stay here. Our current stay has been from 3/2 - 3/9 2025. We like the park and find it very nice and is a great locale. The staff is helpful and very friendly. My only frustration and feedback had to do with the laundry process. I had a couple blankets to launder. I checked the papers given to us during checking and didn't find anything specific about the laundry and could only see the locations on the map. I went to one by the front office, loaded the machine and noticed the machines had slots for credit cards. I tried multiple times to get the machine started with my credit card without any success. I looked at the items on the wall finally, and found one stating I needed a laundry card, which can be purchased at the park library. After a few fine words, I assumed it had to be in the area with the rec room and walked there. I found the machine and purchased 2 cards. I assumed I was good and walked back to my laundry. Tried my card(s) without success. Expressing more fine words, I tried the door on the office for help, but it was locked. I went back to my laundry and one of the guys from the park popped in and asked if I needed something.....but the laundry cards weren't something he was familiar with. A park member was also coming into the laundry room and I asked her about it. She was very helpful and said that the first step is to purchase the card from the machine for $5, then the second step is to "load" the card with money starting at $10. She offered to help me after she addressed her laundry. I thanked her and started my 3rd trip to the library. Upon arrival another women was at the machine facing issues and was waiting for help from the office. I decided to give step 2 a shot and loaded $10 on each of the 2 cards. SUCCESS.....I hope. And, a kind park member from Ohio gave me a golf cart ride back to the front laundry. THanks.... My feedback back : 1. Publish something in your park pamphlet about the darn process with the card purchase prior to going to the laundry.....along with some very simple instructions. 2. I know the laundry card machine is probably in a central location for all the laundry sites, but couldn't there by more than 1 machine, like maybe in the office? I earned alot of steps today.

Relaxing, well run RV park. Concrete pads and patios are level and clean. Roads and building are well maintained. Wonderful activities center, pool and areas for sports (Pickle Ball, etc.) We enjoyed BINGO and a Poker Run while staying a week. There are many regulars who were very welcoming - we felt comfortable immediately after arriving and throughout our stay. Staff member Tony did great helping us park. Tammy was super helpful at check in and with follow-up questions. I almost gave a 4 star rating for the following reasons: NO WIFI (or so weak it was useless!) $20 CHARGE TO WASH RV $20 CHARGE TO WASH TRUCK ~ you pay for the water, and clearance to do the work yourself - if you stay longer than 2 weeks... you must pay and wash. I like to clean my equipment after Every relocation (bug & road grim removal) paying $40 and not having any work done would be OUTRAGEOUS. I kept the rating at 5 stars because other than the annoyances mentioned above this was one of the best places we have stayed.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Residents and staff were friendly and welcoming. One glitch…the office accidentally double charged us and at first I didn’t think we were going to be refunded. But in the end we were refunded, and plan to return next year.
