While the caretakers are very polite and kind, this facility was advertised as a full hook up. We went to two sites and neither had sewer hookups. The sites are really tight and close together. The permanent residents keep the area picked up and clean. The prices are reasonable around $35 per night at the time of our stay. The Laundromat-again reasonably priced; however,I had to move my laundry twice as the washers kept breaking down.

I love this rv park I’ve been here for a long time and I wouldn’t choose to move. The manager red is an amazing manager she does everything she has to to keep this place going and she’s doing a fantastic job!

Overall this park is nice the main issues is they advertise fast free wifi but, that's only if it will reach you are the lot you are staying at, however even if you are close enough to reach it the connection is slow and cuts in and out making it frustrating to be able to get anything done. Despite that small problem overall managment is kind and hlpful, they keeps things well kept and maintains the grounds well. Laundry rooms is clean and washer/dryers kept in great condition.

UPDATE: My brother lived here for 15 months and it was wonderful. So very well maintained and all the trees help create a home atmosphere while keeping that blistering Texas sun off of your camper. His water and electric were included in the amenities. When I could not reach him while I was at work, the manager was kind enough to check in on him for me a couple of times. Memorial Hermann Hospital and doctor offices are diagonally across the freeway and HEB, Walgreeens, a gym and restaurants are on the 3rd corner. We checked out all RV parks in the area and USA RV Park & Laundromat is the best!! INITIAL REVIEW: Just moved my disabled brother in here last week and great experience so far! Lots of trees for shade in Texas summers. Well kept pool. $150 deposit held the space we chose for him. He is a permanent resident and it appears possibly all the residents are. Then when we arrived with the travel trailer and having no experience setting one up, Marco came to our assistance showing us what we needed and what to do. Seems like it will be a good little community for my brother.

I have been here for months and Janet is one of the sweetest people I have met. The park is full of wonderful people and they are always adding new features. While I was there they had built a bb-Q pit and gazebo for the residents to use. The pool is open for the warm months and they are currently remodeling the shower house. Just loves this place and would come back again.
