Great RV park with large concrete sites! All utilities worked flawlessly along with the large laundry room and nice pool and hot tub. The staff were amazing as well and thank you for the wonderful stay.

Loved it here! I fish a lot and the convenience of having a fishing pier across the street was so nice. Caught a few fish too! Beautiful view of the sunsets and the breeze is wonderful. The swing sets they have on site are great. My grandson wouldn't stay off of them! Haha!

I lived here for 7 months and absolutely loved it! Sam was so accommodating when we needed anything! We hosted my dad's birthday under the breezeway (which is HUGE btw) and did a crawfish boil! Sam and her husband actually joined in on the fun! Cornhole and swimming was so much fun! Loved it and even miss it now! Highly recommend this park. Very beautiful and spacious spots

We are full time RV living family, first weekend we went for my sons birthday, 2nd time my uncles birthday. Laundry facilities Very clean park, pool/hot tub was open for kids to go swimming. Kids enjoyed it had a nice beach entry, had a covered area with bbq pits or use your own. Definitely our spot to go to see family. It’s 15-20 minutes to kemah. Try top water grill if you’re in the area. It’s 5 min up the road. Thanks Sam for all your assistance. See yall soon!

Great RV spot in a quaint little quiet town, arrived late and staff were welcoming and helpful to get us situated. Sparkling pool and hot tub, nice clean and hot showers. Best part was the well maintained fishing pier. Best RV place in the area! If in San Leon, choose Big Spot!

Manager is very pleasant. Showers are clean. On sight laundry mat makes things convenient. They also have a workout room and a community center with a full kitchen if needed.

Spot on at Big Spot! We had driven 3,000 miles across America in our RV and stayed at a lot of places, this was now our final day and we had found the best RV Park of them all. Linda and Marlene were great and really helpful. The whole place was just immaculate, the Laundry, the Rest rooms and showers were fantastic. Oh and the swimming pool!! They even put on a stunning sunset. Do not miss this place!
