This RV Park looks nice on a satellite photo, but their check-in procedures are the most ridiculous of any park that we’ve seen across 49 states and 7 Canadian provinces! 1. 10:00 AM check out!! Whoever heard of this!! 2. 4:00PM Check-In!!! Whoever heard of this!! 3: $15.00 Fee to arrive before 4:00PM!!! Whoever heard of this!! 4 they require you to use DocuSign to electronically sign an agreement! Whoever ever heard of this!! They’re not like a hotel that has to call in a cleaning crew to change over the room. I’m wondering what they do with a vacant spot from 10 AM to 4 PM and why they feel the need to charge people $15 extra to check in before 4 PM! For what looks like a nice RV Park from the satellite photo, their policies and procedures are asinine! The owners and/or management need to rethink their policies and procedures as we would never stay at this park again! The only reason we’re staying there is because it’s close to our relatives that we’re visiting for the night. This is the absolute worst check-in process that we’ve ever experienced!

We didn't get to stay in this park. We had an accident with our camper on the first part of our trip. The camper was not towable so we had to canceled the trip. Called the office and explained our problem. They would not give even a partial refund. They require a payment in full. So we lost all of our monies on the campground. Will not be staying at any USA RV Resorts in the furture. I can understand if we were just canceling, but this was beyond our control.

Online booking was smooth, but unfortunately the after-hours process was a major issue. We arrived after hours and there were no directions provided in the confirmation email or at check-in. The listed phone number only accepts voicemails, and the text option didn’t receive a reply. We were unable to access the gate, bathrooms, or Wi-Fi because no codes were shared. If there is no after-hours check-in option, the booking system should not allow reservations for those times. Better communication and clearer policies would make a difference.

We did enjoy staying in this place , it was very clean, very quiet, we felt secure in this place been gathered, real nice and clean bathrooms , very illuminated at night, Resort Manager Cynthia Martinez she was very nice, Very friendly. We recommend this place to anyone interested in RV Park Resort One of the best !!!

I have been living here for about 6 months now. I really enjoy it, it’s got beautiful flowers that bloom around the inner walkway by the little pond. I feel very safe here, I can always walk my dog at night without any issues. The park manager , Cynthia and the grounds keepers are great. The place is always clean and kept up with. I really couldn’t see myself being anywhere else! Oh yeah , the sunsets are to die for!

Great place for vacation and the staff are truly friendly. I would recommend to family and friends. Extra shout out to Suzy, Von, and Angie! Thanks for making my stay pleasant and comforting. Will visit again soon.

USA RV RESORTS IN HOUSTON has been an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We had MANY changes to our reservation not only before we arrived but even needing to prolong our stay last minute several times. Each time the office attendants were so understanding and professional. Secondly, the pool had a hose bust and they had a pool repair team out that very morning to assure they were doing everything they could to get it back open for the campers ASAP. The were successful! Just another benefit, they allow each campsite a free bag of ice each day. Most importantly, we are in a gated campground w/ security and it gives you a peace having your family here. Felt very safe. Thank you USA Resorts and RV for such a great experience. We will return.

Second time staying here. Service is great. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Sites are generously sized and clean. Full hookups. Pool and hot tub. Not to mention a public bbq gathering area. Amenities were amazing. I have family in the area, so for sure I will be back!

This rv park is the best. Everything is nice and clean. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, laundry room and guest rooms. The staff is friendly. Didn't have any problems at all.
