We stayed at this property for around a month. We didn’t have any issues with any of the residents or staff. Honestly, the residents were quiet and we liked being on the lake. We’re moving to another property for one reason and one reason only - the neighboring house that plays ear-splitting music EVERY weekend and during the week. Every Saturday and Sunday night, the house to the left of the gate and down Wyoming Ave play the loudest music. There are cars lined up outside of the fence of the RV park and they party until well past midnight. (Last weekend it was until 3 AM). We didn’t even live on the worst side (the area located if you turn left once entering the gate and against the fence) and still heard it clear as day. It was unbearable especially when my husband had to be at work and my kiddo at school the next day. The Galveston county sheriff’s office won’t do a thing about it because this area is not located in actual Dickinson but in Galveston county - which has no noise ordinance. I honestly do not know how the people that live on that side of the RV park stand it. My husband went and talked to a few of them and they said that it was every weekend and that they have tried to get them to be quiet to no avail. One RV family was even cursing back and forth at a few cars that were retaliating by revving engines and playing music from their cars for the police being called. Like I said, it’s a really nice park, the amenities were great and the residents gave us no issues but I would not live on the left side of this park unless you wanna hear extremely loud music every Saturday, Sunday and weekday for hours on end. As I type this at 3 PM on a Wednesday, the bass is extremely loud inside of my RV and I have both AC’s, a TV and an industrial fan on.

I want to start out by saying Maddison at the front desk is very personable and sweet. She worked with us and made sure we were happy. We were coming in after hours and she got us all set up and happy. As far as the park itself. It’s so peaceful. Beautiful spacious sites all on concrete pads. The amenities are clean and pleasant to use. The dog station is updated and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and even a blower dryer. The lake is gorgeous!!!! What a great way to start your morning off with a cup of coffee and a lake view.

There were 3 really wonderful things about the park! They were the sunsets and the people that lived around me. But the best of the park is named Jacob. Jacob is a maintenance manager there and he is the sweetest soul. You could ask him for help with anything from ant beds to my water hose is leaking, And he would go out of his way, above and beyond, to help you. He's always got a smile on his face, he's always busy doing something in the park. The worst things were the extra fees, and the line that was said often "According to industry standards". The website told me it was a senior park, the office people said that didn't work out. The website told me there was propane available on site, the office people said they don't do that anymore. Another one told me oh that's only in certain parks. But it was on their website, which of course has now been changed. So here again I say the residents and Jacob gave me the desire to stay there a couple of months. I certainly hope we have other Jacobs out there at the parks that I stay in.

Very clean and quiet park. It is so nice to walk out and go fishing. Madisyn is so sweet and helpful with anything we needed. She helped us pick a nice back in on the lake and every morning, the view is so calming and serene. Ive recommend this park to all my friends and family.

I really enjoyed staying at this park for 4 months to be near my family when we welcomed a new baby. It was quiet, gated, secure, friendly and convenient. Perfect place to live in RV if you want to be in the back of a neighborhood with low traffic. Staff were super helpful. My neighbor RV'rs were all super nice too! Highly recommend for full timers wanting cheap and safe place!

This hidden away RV resort is a nice place to stay with beautiful sunsets and moon lit nights. Filled with friendly long term residents and the management team is very welcoming and helpful. Heather was on top of booking, processing, and addressing any and all concerns…she was even able to relocate me on short notice for better waterfront views and much easier site access.
