I have stayed there twice, for a total of four months and it has always felt like my home away from home. Big beautiful shade trees with thick green grass all around while enjoying a nice breeze blowing across a beautiful lake.

I would not recommend staying here. We had a very disappointing experience. This is not really a campground or RV Resort but a trailer park with about 90% of the sites are occupied by permanent residents. The spaces are extremely small, not even enough to set up our awning. Laundry now costs a ridiculouis $3.75 and dryer is the same. Machine are small and smell like mildew. Even worse, there was dog shit everywhere, including on the small patch of grass in front of our RV door. Ant are a big problem and will get into your trailer. The restroom facilities were inadequate: only five toilets, two of which appeared to be permanently closed, and the others were mostly dirty. On top of that, when we had a maintenance issue and had to call a mobile RV repair service, the campground charged us a shocking $65 just to allow the service onto the grounds. They claim this is for security, but the campground is not fenced and there is no actual security — it felt like a blatant money grab from people in a vulnerable position. When we complained, the receptionist was indifferent and showed no concern. It would have been nice if they at least cleaned up te dog shit, but they didn't. I truly do not understand why this “RV Resort” receives such high reviews.

We love it here! This park is a hidden gem!! Conveniently located near I-45, HWY 3, and League City Pkwy, USA RV Resorts ~ Willow Lake is not too big, very peaceful, family-friendly, dog-friendly and extremely well maintained! All the beautiful blooming Crepe Myrtle trees around the lake are a welcome change from many other RV parks! The staff are wonderful too ~ always friendly and helpful!! ~ Brandon & Ashleigh ~ 💛💛💛💛💛

Love this place! Aside from the beautiful scenery, the facilities are amazing. I always see the site staff busy cleaning or making improvements. The manager is a pleasure to work with. We moved over here from Green Caye last year, and it has made the whole family happier with the welcoming community of neighbors here. It's a great place for kids and they just put in swings for them! Plus the pool is open year round which is a big deal down here.

This was a very nice, quiet place to stay for the month. The other campers were friendly and the services the camp offers were excellent. The only downside I experienced was having the water shut off twice during our 3 week stay. This was really since by filling up my fresh water tank, but it was a game the first time we lost water

Nice, clean RV park. The pool area was nice and the outdoor kitchen is a nice addition. We would recommend staying here and will likely stay again.

This is an awesome RV park — always clean community spaces and completely well kept landscaping! Pool, back deck and edge of lake to fish off of catching TONS of Bass!! Quiet at night and full timers are so friendly! Location is great between Houston and Galveston and there are a lot of fun things to do nearby! Gas and groceries close too!!! Becky in the office was so accommodating and kind and Larry was busy as a bee but always friendly! It’s a great set-up for walking in a rectangular loop with no scary or dangerous areas! The only thing I’d say in a slightly negative way was that there were quite a few large dog owners that didn’t pick up their dog’s poop on all four sides of the lake — especially the far side of the lake where there are no campers. Overall though we’d absolutely recommend this place to others and return ourselves!!!!!

Great location between Houston and Galveston. Site is well - kept/clean. Close to groceries and lots of establishments, restaurants etc. Right in the heart of the city of League city and very close to the I-45. Becky at the office is super nice and helpful!!!! As well as Larry, that helps maintain the place. He's very helpful to residents and great to talk to. I would definitely highly recommend this place for your next RV adventures.
