Great place to relax. Clean bathhouses, and grounds. Staff is very friendly. It's a home away from home.

I guess everyone has different standards, but this was the worst experience at a "resort" yet. Site had view of the gas station across the main road. Sirens all day and night, along with traffic, gun shots, engine revving, young men walking around at night, screaming neighbor, ambulance visited the park twice and one of those was a drunk driver hit and run in front of our rig. The grounds were dirty, dog feces everywhere, and unkempt permanent trailers. This was such a stressful stay, we obviously will never go back.

Leslie the park manager is amazing! She'll do anything she can to make your stay great. Clean and quiet park.

Leslie and her staff do a very nice job with the upkeep of this park. We are Encore Thousand Trails members and were provided with a site that was big enough for our 44’ toy hauler. We had zero issues with power, water, or sewer. Archie in the office is a pip, and a treasure to speak whenever I had a package to pickup, or grab a cup of coffee. Mike in maintenance was also very nice to talk to!

Leslie stayed with us the entire time we were wating on a tow truck for our RV when we broke down at the entrance before Vacation Village & we were blocking traffic. She changed our site to make it easier for the tow truck to get us in. She is so kind & would do anything within reason to make your stay memorable. The residents & campers are just the best well-mannered pet owners. It's a beautiful park with shaded lots & pond. Pickle ball & volleyball courts. Cornhole, shuffleboard, & pool with gas & charcoal grills to use. And a community center for activities during the winter months. Love it here.

I had high hopes for this place. Luckily we were only staying for one night. The entrance is only accessible from one direction on Ulmerton Road as it’s on a divided highway. There is a left turn shortly after the park, but a U-turn was not possible for a 26ft RV so we had to turn into a very small parking lot with “no turnaround” signs and make a 5 point turnaround (once you are in the turn lane it is divided and you cannot get back into the flow of traffic). Spots are dirt/sand and we needed to use levelers. There are nice concrete pads with picnic tables though. Lots of permanent trailers onsite. Neighbors seemed nice and we felt safe inside the park. Worst part... only cold water in the showers and sinks at the C Street Bathhouse. Not a good way to start the day. The bathhouse is clean though. My husband did find hot water in the shower at the main clubhouse, but it could use a good cleaning. We chose not to figure out the WiFi as there was a whole pamphlet to read and it was not clearly identified when we pulled up available networks.

This is a great camp ground. Our friends are staying here and we went to visit and help change the hitch on their 5th wheel trailer. This place is clean and inviting. We would love to stay here if they ever have room for us.

A friend of ours lives here. It is so very cute! The people seem friendly. Adorable park. Have told friends from out of state about this place. Hopefully they come soon.

Leslie makes Vacation Village the best RV resort we've been to! She is truly the heart and soul of this park and always goes above and beyond to help each guest! She is kind, helpful, and has become a part of our family!

The people were nice inside very welcoming. The sites are nice but a little tight. We stayed here with our Thousand Trails and had no issues whatsoever getting a spot. The pool looks very nice but the weather was not so could not swim. Very close to lots of things to do. We will be back.
