Valencia Estates is it beautiful hidden treasure. The pool and all of the grounds are up kept beautifully. Everyone who lives there is sweet and helpful and it's a very quiet safe wonderful community. Casey the manager is very kind, understanding and helpful.

My elderly mother lives in this community and the park manager decided to install speed bumps that are above the regulation hight. Good luck with getting an Uber in there to pick up your elderly relatives for a doctor's appointment. I tried speaking with the manager, Kasey, about it and she laughed and hung up on me. So rude and unprofessional.

This is a very cute and quiet community! Beautiful pool, shuffle, clubhouse, darts, pool table and wonderful residents! Pet friendly and reasonable lot rents. Groceries, medical, retail, hiking trails, gas stations and much more within a couple miles.

The combination RV campground (long term or overnight) and Mobile Home community is located with easy access to major roadways. It is a smaller sized property that offers more secure and relaxed living. Close to shopping, fast food and banking.
