We have lived here over 5 years ,the new manager James is wonderfu, very professional. The place looks great, security gates, nice pool ,clean showers and laundry room.

Everything about this place was awful the managers stole my propane system and a few other peoples things and proceeded to the leave the gate open all day ! The area isn't great either so it was a double negative and then on top of i wasn't able to get my stuff back that was stolen! I do not recommend unless you want a cheaper price for the area so stay at your own risk! This was a little bit back ago... hope they have changed in recent days

This place is awesome its quite the staff is amazing and they r so friendly I will miss them for sure when my daughter moves im gonna have to go buy a rv just to rent spot from them cause there so nice they have a pool and a little dog park activities for the kids and its very clean its a 5 star rv park for sure

When the old mgrs were here, I thought I had found a place to stay for a long time. Then they were replaced which is par for the course with this place. They change management quite often. With the management they have now all I can is good luck. I no longer live there and when I left the entire park was pissed off.

I have lived here at Valley Rose since December of 2019 and we have been through MANY managers, but the current managers win by far! They really care about the people renting here. Within the first few days they were here, we had issues with our electric (our hookup burnt out). They came by and helped direct us in what cord we needed to buy, answering our calls and our texts because we had no idea what we were doing, even hours after office hours. They stood in the Texas heat guiding us and they did not have to. They have been so friendly and just full of energy everytime we've talked with them. The park itself is cleaner and more friendly than it's been in a long time. The pool is cleaned every Monday. The site bathrooms are much cleaner than they have ever been. The laundry room has been operational with no interruption of broken equipment. There's a kids park, a dog park and there's a new fire pit area. To the owners, please keep these managers, they are truly appreciated and doing an amazing job! 💯

The management of the property is amazing! Bobbi and her husband Robby are both so helpful and keep this property looking tip top. They made our stay very worth it. I stayed here temporarily for a 3 ot 4 months, till I could find a place with my kids. They always have activities for the kids and fun stuff to do like a luau recently this past weekend, egg hunts, barbecues etc. The laundry facility is always clean, the people are nice. Everyone goes in doors at 8pm and it's silent. The pool area us nice, and the bathrooms is the front are always spotless. If I ever RV again I would definitely come back. Really enjoyed our stay.

I have lived here for over a year! Taryn is the manager and takes her job seriously! She doesn’t make the rules but does enforce them! This park has a ton of amenities, a laundry room with several washer and dryer ‘s, a swimming pool, dog park, playground for your children, and for dumpsters for our convenience! Oh don’t forget the all concrete roads and pads! Between Taryn and her team the park is kept up and maintained as it should be! The park was recently sold and bought buy a different persons and some rules have changed a lot of people don’t like change but it’s only to better the park! What I love about it is I feel safe, they don’t let a lot of trash in here and we have cameras with audio and visual to keep all tenants safe Taryn takes that very seriously as long as you pay your rent, keep your lot clean, and abide by the rules this is absolutely the perfect place to live, I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone and everyone ! I have seen she’d go above and beyond to make sure everybody is taken care of and respected!

Nicest RV park in this part of Ft Worth! Concrete streets & Concrete Parking Pads! Very Clean with helpful onsite management. Swimming Pool! Security cameras for safety and security too!
