We have been here for about 6 weeks and love it!! It's very well maintained and fairly quiet. Has a nice dog park. Bob and Diane are excellent managers! They couldn't be more accommodating and helpful😁 Very reasonable cost with many amenities. I would recommend this park to anyone!!

Benson RV is a 55+ community under new ownership. The managers are extremely accommodating. The area is neatly maintained, pool area is very nice (hot tub @ 104 and pool at 89). The evenings are quiet and neighbors are cordial without being overbearing. Everyone site seems to have a pup or 2 but no problems with loose dogs or owners who don’t clean up after them. The dog play area is also very clean. You can use Rv rugs and dog fences to make the stay more enjoyable. Benson has all the small town amenities and the business section seems thriving with restaurants, vintage thrift shops and boutiques.

I've been traveling for over 3 years full-time and I have been to several RV parks and resorts . Benson RV estates in my opinion is the best place that I've been . The park is extremely clean, Bob and Diane are two of the nicest managers you will ever meet . The people here are the same, we have bonfires , they have arts and crafts , also they have a lot of plans in mind for the guest here . There's a heated pool and hot tub both are extremely clean. 399.00 a month plus electric. There's no place in this town that can beat their price plus amenities that they have to offer.

This RV park used to be a Encore/Thousand Trails park. For years it operated under this company an like many companies who get to big; they no longer invest money for upkeep. Too, after Covid happened EVERYTHING changed. So with that news, Thousand Trails said this is an underperforming park so they pulled out. Put it up for sale, an it has changed hands. It is now a privately owned, family park. The owner has hired wonderful managers who are kind, helpful an knowledgeable. The owner is hoping to convert this park into a long term park of which there are not too many which are spacious like this one. I do hope they are able to maybe improve the tiny dog pen, but otherwise this is a ideal spot to sit & rest if you have been traveling an need a break. There is much to do all round Benson an this park Benson RV Estates is kinda centrally located to it all! See: Benson, Wilcox, St David, Tombstone, Sierra Vista, Wine country to the East an of course Tucson.
