We lived here for over a year and my brother and niece are living here also. The owner,Larry, treats you like a friend. After my wife had a surgery and I was at work, she wasn’t able to answer her phone. I called Larry. He dropped everything and went to our camper to check on her. I highly recommend this Park if you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay for a short time or a long time

Very nice campground and well maintained. The owner Mr. Larry is the nicest man you'll ever meet. Treats everyone like family. We have stayed here several times. Whenever were in the neighborhood we look him up to say hi and catch up. You wont be disappointed .

I love the owner Mr.Larry! I have been to many rv parks & this one here is my favorite by far! People are saying he is hateful & he is not! He gets a bunch of young people who don’t want to pay rent on time! That’s the only thing he does not put up with is if your late every month on your Rent! I stayed here almost two years & this man treats you like family. He helps you as much as he can without getting taken advantage of! I love the place it’s located between Tuscaloosa & Birmingham about 30min away from each of that depends on how you are driven. The train is loud but he will move you if you can’t deal with that. I was in lot 4 I was right next to the train & it was not bad at all I got use to it as well. By far the best Rv park I have ever been to & it will be hard to beat! Thank you Mr. Larry
