Really nice place. Stopped overnight to visit family that lives there during summer. Enjoyed the cooler climate.

Would not recommend this as an RV park. It’s much more a retirement community . We checked in for a single night. Thee welcome want particularly friendly, nothing was explained about the facilities on offer …. Which proved to be very limited. No seating or grills or firepits near the sites , no shop really poor . Definitely the worst RV park we encountered during our trip

On Saturday we made an appointment to see a Park Model in Venture In to purchase that was listed on the local MLS we met with the listing agent at the gate after driving up 200 miles. We we tried to enter the gate a elderly man came out and started screaming at us. Told us to get out and would not give us a chance to speak. He called the police on us and three squad cars showed up quickly while he was still foaming at the mouth screaming at us. He was very unstable angry elderly old man who was acting insane. We have tried calling the park office numerous times and left messages with no return calls. Then I found that this park discriminates against owners trying to sell their park models. They charge buyers $100 for a park application then never responds until the owners give up and give their units back to the property owner of the park free of charge who then turn around and sell it themselves keeping all the proceeds. Buyers beware of purchasing a park model in this private property park.

We stayed here in our RV. Quiet RV park. They have pickles, Ball, and 2 Bocce court. A small workout room. Several different clubs. The park is clean, and the sites are generous. They are level with a small cement patio. The rest of the site is red rock. They are dog friendly. Somethings to know: you are walking distance to a restaurant. There is a Circle K gas station and a Dollar Store within a 1/4 of a mile. You are out of town, but that was fine by us. If you want internet at your site you need to rent a modem at the office. It is not a daily rental. You rent it for a month. The park is 55+. We would stay here again.

We are looking forward to spending the summer at this great RV park. Residents are very friendly and the place has lots of clubs to join. Close to town and the stores
