The place was very nice but the security people are a complete joke!!! We purchased an extra parking spot in the over flow area only to go put are trailer in our spot 2 days later and there is a trailer parked in it ?? We go to security to inform them that there's a trailer in my spot. He says oh I sorry we didn't see your trailer parked there so we resold it?? I paid for the week and just because noone saw my trailer there they can resell it?? And when they saw I wasn't buying it he changed his story to he only sold me half of the spot and I can squeeze it in ??? LoL They refuse to remove the trailer from MY paid for spot and told me that if I park my trailer under the car port of the home I will be charged 100.00 a day in fines. I so hope they do that and I will be seeing them in court !!!

We stayed here for 4 days and 5 nights. It was very lovely. The attendants always welcomed us with a smile and wave. The house was charming, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the view was amazing.

The only thing that made any of the stars 4 out of 5 was light pollution for me. There was a owner or renter with really bright flood lights that stayed on all night blocking my view of the Milky Way 😂😂😂. I totally wanted to knock on the door and offer them a bit of cash to turn them off for a bit, but thst would have been totally weird😂😂😂😂. Other than that, I can't wait to go back.....very soon. I love the lazy town vibes after a very busy work week to unwind. It's a great location for boaters as each street also have a boating dock/channels. If you're looking for a fancy resort, this isn't that....but if you're a boating enthusiast or simply love being on the water, this is totally the spot....and it's only a 30 minute drive into Key West or about 10 minutes or so from Big Pine for your shopping needs.

Not an ideal place for fisherman etc. more like a retirement home. Paid $3000 plus dollars to stay for 4 nights. Security would not allow us to use the ramp to pull our boat from the water after check out. Do better!

My son, his wife, two grandsons and I stayed at #614 for several days in late May to attend the memorial for my sister. My son made the arrangements and I wasn't sure it would work but it did perfectly. It has a beachy decor and was super clean. There were two nice sized bedrooms and a comfortable sleep couch. All had fresh linens and comforters. In addition there were two bathrooms one with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels. A fully stocked kitchen, a large family room, roomy closets, ceiling fans and a washer and dryer, completed the picture. The house was kept comfortable with effective air-conditioning. Lastly there was room for our rental car. What was a sad occasion turned out to be so enjoyable because of this welcoming home.
