Thank you to everyone at Verde Ranch RV Resort! from management to the workers every single person had amazing hospitality. Truly grateful to call this place home for the past 6 month. My 3-year-old daughter and I have created so many beautiful memories. She was able to be free with other kids from around the country and it's a super safe place. I will always recommend you guys!! Can't wait to visit again soon.

We stayed at Verde Ranch in our RV from February 2025 to April 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. It is situated about halfway between the outskirts of Phoenix and Flagstaff. Cottonwood and Prescott are also short drives. We are from southern Arizona, and few RV Resorts allow kids; it was refreshing to know that Verde Ranch is kid-friendly. The sites are both wide and long, which allowed us not to feel cramped, unlike other RV Resorts we have stayed at. Our kids had fun riding their bikes and scooters up and down the hills. My mom came up from the valley and rented a cabin for a few weeks. They were cozy, but enough room for our family of five to visit with her comfortably. Our kids enjoyed having a space to play and hang out with their grandmother. Verde Ranch also has covered wagons to rent, which looked super cute and fun. The clubhouse is huge, and activities are happening almost every weekend. Our kids made various arts and crafts projects and participated in tie-dye activities. There was a scavenger hunt for gold coins for St. Patrick's Day, and the kids had fun running around the RV Resort looking for them. There was also a tractor pulling a hay ride trailer around the resort. There is a workout center, a mini arcade, a pool table, and a shuffleboard table. There are also three pickleball courts for use. There is a small playground; the kids still enjoyed it. The heated pool is a fantastic bonus, as being in the high desert can get a little chilly in February. There are two hot tubs and a splash pad. The restrooms and laundry facilities were clean, spacious, and spread out around the Resort. It was also great being able to walk along the Verde River with our dogs. We have recommended this Resort to others and plan to stay here again. We camped at Verde Ranch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very clean and up to date park. Very nice amenities. The clubhouse is amazing and well maintained. The gym in the clubhouse was clean and had everything to get a nice workout in. The pool area and splash park were clean and nice. The dog park area was good, except some goat head stickers. I know they are hard to get rid of. Our site was down the hill by the river and the freeway could be heard at night, but everything about the park was good. We travel in a 45 foot motorcoach and was easy in and out. The site was a good size. We did not use the laundry or restrooms, so can not comment on that. Everyone working there was pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

We love it here so much for many reasons and will definitely be returning! The park is in pristine condition-always clean and organized. So many fun amenities for all. I love the club house, the fitness center, pool area, pickleball courts and the walking trail along the river. I like that it is corporate run because their rules and regulations apply to everyone and are enforced in a positive, friendly and professional manner. They have a very active friendly staff that is always on top of it and greeting guests along the way. I especially appreciate Cyndi, the business manager who handles things in an open, honest, friendly, and professional manner.

This place was amazing! We stayed in the wagons, and they are not only super cute but roomy and the beds are super comfortable!! Location is great, everyone we encountered was friendly! 10/10 You can hear traffic at night, which wasn't a big deal to us and there isn't a TV in the wagons, also not a big deal but FYI. We loved our stay, the haunted path way and hay ride...they really put in the extra effort. Family friendly, clean, etc. We will definitely be staying here again. 6 min from Out of Africa which is the best zoo experience I've ever had!

We rented a lower cabin right next to the playground, pickleball courts, pool, & river trail for 4 nights with our grandkids. The cabin was very well planned: clean, cool, well maintained and had everything we needed including a gas grill out back. The entire resort was so clean and the staff & guests friendly. The grandkids loved the experience: * Sleeping in the loft (they called it a grandparents bunk bed as we were fight below them) * Playground in their backyard giving them some freedom to play in downtimes and meet new friends * They learned how to play pickleball. We played daily! * Daily swims in a large crystal clear pool with beautiful views that even they noticed! They slept so well after hours at the pool * Nature walks near the river. We wrapped a wrist with a piece of 2" duct tape and looked for flowers/plants/rocks/seeds that we added to our "nature bracelets". * Campfires at night with s'mores for dessert (we rented a fire ring). * The "Out of Africa" Wildlife adventure park was less then 10 mins away. A fantastic experience! especially the SuperMog tour. They will be be talking about this for a long time! Missed the Montezuma Castle National Monument due the government shutdown. It is so close to the resort as well. It gives us another reason to come back again! I know the grandkids are already asking us if we can do it again. (Ages 7 & 5)

RV sites are good size were an 45ft motorhome with 4 slide outs and are spaced far enough you have a sense of your own space. Gravel sites but well maintained and no issues getting level. All amenities seem well kept, we only used the pool but the clubhouse, gym and laundry all seemed in great condition. The upper covered area is loud with all the ACs running so it’s not a place you can sit outside your RV & enjoy the evenings in late summer but they make a huge difference in heat. We will probably go back to the lower section uncovered for our next stay.

We spend over a week in our Fifth wheel trailer and especially enjoyed the layout of the park, the roomy well equipped exercise room and the pool/hot tub! All employees were cheerful and helpful. We will always choose Camp Verde RV Resort when we are in the area.

We stayed at Verde Ranch Rv Resort for 5 days. Two nights in the Conestoga Wagons and three in a deluxe cabin, and had a great time. The wagon was a cool experience. It was very clean and had cute decor and the bathroom that was located behind the wagon was very nice and had air which came in handy in the Arizona heat. The cabin was super cute, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We tried the food truck on sight one day which was yummy and the clubhouse has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice size pool and 2 spas with a little splash pad for the little ones. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We’ve loved staying here! My husband and I have an RV and we rented a covered wagon for my mom and 2 nephews to stay in while we were here. They really loved it! It’s right on the river which was a lot of fun to explore. Jennifer was so fun to talk to and great with running the activities! She got the boys set up to do gemstone mining. Then we did the rock painting and water balloon/gun fight. We didn’t rent one but they offer golf cart rentals. Such a great idea if you don’t want to walk everywhere. They even have a dog wash station which we took advantage of. It was very alive with people for the July 4th holiday. They have a beautiful, big clubhouse that we set up in for board game night. Everything here is very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Full time traveler @whatrvdoing - this "resort" was such a blast. By far my dog's favorite campsite as he went for a walk 2x a day along the Verde river. When we were not out exploring Sedonas wonderful charm, we were on the grounds exercising in the gym, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our son loved the pool table and shuffleboard, too. The clubhouse was so nice and comforting that we had friends over one night. We sat and ate dinner and then played board games. Such a blast! Cannot wait to return!

Verde Ranch RV Resort is a beautiful and well-maintained park with great amenities. The sites all have full hook ups, the pool and hot tubs are amazing, and the location is perfect for exploring Sedona, Jerome, and the Verde Valley. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and modern. There is an option for extended stays, or weekend getaway. We enjoyed our month here exploring the area, meeting new families, and soaking up the Arizona sun. It’s a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

What a beautiful, very clean place. It has so much to offer, I'd just wished we had more time to enjoy it all. Although our stay was short I would definitely go back. The clubhouse has so much for the kids and the pool area has a splash pad, how fun. The whole park was very much. Check in was very easy since you do most on line. Enjoy! Thank Verde Ranch!

My partner and I had a great stay. We are from Ohio and rented a camper van in Phoenix. With only a week in Arizona we were go go go and out all day hiking and exploring. Because of this, we REALLY appreciated the late check-in system/policy here. An individual packet with our name on it answered all of our questions and all instructions/policies were clear. We just needed a quick place to recharge. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were wonderful. We arrived close to 9pm and after getting showered and ready to hop in the hot tub it was close to 10pm (the club house with all amenities closes at 10pm) A special shout out to DeAndre who was closing up the club house and cleaning the pools. He was extremely kind, and after hearing that we had been hiking all day in the petrified forest, allowed us an additional 20 minutes in the pool area. Thanks again! We were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning so that was only chance to enjoy the hot tub.

We stayed 8 nights in the RV resort at Verde Ranch. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. RV sites were well groomed with gravel and extra long for our rig. Services at the Clubhouse were enjoyable and handled very well. Clubhouse was well maintained and pool area was clean. We definitely we we're grateful that they offered to us an in-house mobile RV tech making it very convenient Thank you Ron for helping us with the trouble our 5th wheel was having.. As far as attractions all were nearby with nice restaurants offered. Thank you Verde Ranch for being hospitable hosts and making this a great experience. We will be back.
