This is a beautiful RV park. It’s very dog friendly with two dog parks. There’s activities, pool, etc. No laundry room but there are a few in town. The employees are very nice. It’s by a river with access directly from the park. Sedona is close by. Highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back!

This thousand trails has a strange layout but overall is quiet and clean campground, loved the large dog run area and the pool and pickleball courts. Was a little inconvenient to be all the way at the bottom of the canyon and was frustrating to hunt for a first come first serve space. Also the cell service is awful at the whole campground and won’t be able to get internet that way. The drive to Sedona from here isn’t bad and is scenic

I’m sure there are plenty of great experiences to have here but I was surprised to have my first Thousand Trails stay to be lack luster. Much to my surprise when I arrived, I was only allowed to choose from four different sites and none of which were in great locations. I made these reservations under the impression I would get to choose any open spot. All of the wonderful views are up in the 50 amp sections if you want those spots you have to call the park directly ahead of time. I was in H section my neighbor who is a long-term resident of the place is very nice. Everyone has been very friendly. There is a very loud resident across the way who stands outside a talks all day long to anyone who passes by. The clubhouse is like stepping back in time. It’s kind of like sixth grade camp very disappointed that the pool balls had to be checked out with a credit card up at the guard shack but you can take the golf balls and clubs at any time. The playground is very sad so if you have kids, there’s not much for them to do here. The dog park is an empty sandlot and the large dog park used to be RV storage I believe, so it’s just an empty lot. I hope the rest of my experiences with thousand trails is a little more worthy of the price I’m paying for a membership.

This is an amazing park; it is sort of out in the middle of nowhere but still close enough to a town: (25 min drive) the scenery is great. When you drive into the park you have these amazing, sun raised views from entrance to exit. We did get to see the bore piggies that I was warned about by a few people, however, every employee we talked about had no idea what we were talking about, so I guess they had never seen them. The one thing that was frustrating was they only did propane Mon-Fri for 30 min every day and I totally get that when you have a park where the propane fund age isn't huge and your pressed for time and have a million other things to do so I totally understand that. I would suggest maybe having 2- 30 min periods 5 days a week to provide propane for us late risers with special needs kiddoes who don't sleep at night like normal people haha. The pool was amazing, the hot tub was also amazing, the showers were amazing, their lodge is amazing, their park is super clean. They have a little park with swings and a slide as well as some epic courts. They do not have laundry service at this park but there are 2 laundry mats in town. However, they are very small so if you have a lot of laundry, I suggest doing it maybe in a bigger town or just a few loads a couple times a week as the locals need the laundry mat too and they are not happy when you have to do a ton of laundry. (Granted nobody likes that I am sure). All in all great stay, great park, and great people!!!! We will be back for sure!!!!

This is a nice TT. It is a large campground and the new RV sites are huge and they have great views! But they were all taken. We stayed in the older part of the campground and it was OK. The old sites could use some clean up, but overall the campground is well kept. The recreational buildings are well kept and really clean. We also like that the Ranger gives you a map with a list of the open campsites when you arrive so you don't have to drive around figuring it out on your own. That makes it much easier finding a spot since they don't assign spots.

You can't find nicer, more attentive people working at a Thousand Trails than these people. They make sure you are safe, sound, and comfortable. Have been to many, many Thousand Trails, these people are exceptional! (hope nothing changes ...honestly...except the policy of charging for packages sent there for the customer, it's a bit high ; )

We loved walking on the trails and going down and skipping rocks on the river with our children. The trails in the park are fantastic! The office and ranger station were very helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend. We also walked and biked to the Vineyard next door for lunch...

Great location. Very clean, organized and user-friendly. Great place to camp and see the area. In the middle of the area and centrally located. Staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

This park has made it to our top places to vacation list. We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The facilities were in excellent condition and staff were a example on how all TT RV staff should conduct their job. Adam G. was one of my favorite people to have a pleasure meeting. I highly recommend you visit this RV resort.

Great staff!!!!!! Sites in A, B and C sections had lawn between them. We did not feel the need to pay extra for 50 amps. Everything was clean and well cared for. Limited cell service. We have stayed 3 times and will go back again. Beautiful surrounding.
