A nice clean park Friendly staff. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Loved being right on the river! Great prices. Nice place to do a color tour!

Nice little out of the way place, Friendly staff. But, if you're a tent camper be warned, bathrooms were locked from like 10pm-? Woke in the morning (7am) and I had to head to the nearest gas station, ( I was NOT Happy). Other than that, nice little spot.

It's not at all as good as it used to be. We've stayed here at least once a year for multiple days since 2020 and it has steadily gotten worse. The manager was great, super helpful and friendly, and the campground is nice. It's the town itself that has gotten so much worse. The one grocery store is now closed and there are more empty storefronts in town, including a burned out restaurant. Security issues in the park, including theft, closing the gate between camping sections to reduce traffic, and kids flipping picnic tables makes this our last trip to Marion. Price is the best reason to stay here. I just don't think staying in Marion is worth the savings. Until the town gets its act together and supports the campground management, it's only going to get worse.
