Staff is very rude when simply asked questions so if you have any expect a argument. also tenant threatening to shoot my dogs, staff is very negligible to fixing the broken front main gate but if you’re visiting a sick one expect warnings and parking tows staff would rather enforce their small rules than sympathize with anyone’s situation and fix bigger problems BUY here for LAST RESORT only thing good here is the cheap bill

Beautiful. Clean. Seniors only with pool tennis 🎾 court. Golf course and pool. 55 and older with friendly staff and residents in a good location near to all the Beat Restaurants

This is a very nice and well maintained park but they are raising the rent way too fast. Almost $80 a month over the last 2 years. Too much, too fast. Most people in the park are on a fixed income. At the rate they are raising the rent some people won't be able to afford food.

We had a realtor and were preparing our home to be put up for sale. At that point Jessica, manager, blamed us for a misunderstanding about pool rules. We have decided that this park is not for us. It was embarrassing to be blamed for this mix up. Those in the pool had become our friends and we were looking forward to lasting relationships with them. My husband ask me, "Are you willing to give up your freedom to these managers?" At this point I said NO. We're looking elsewhere. Manager Payton was extremely helpful and kind to us. We wish her well.

I'm a housekeeper for a resident here. He loves the activities the park provides, and I rarely ever hear him complain about the management. I notice the property is always neat and tidy. While driving through the park people wave and smile as I drive through. There is not enough of that friendliness these days.
