We spent 3 nights with our RV. The spots are very small and there are fruit trees poorly placed making backing in very difficult. The park is very large and spread out. Getting to amenities without a golf cart is hard. This park is not pet friendly. There are two dog parks far from camping spots and allow pets to potty anywhere else is prohibited. Our spot in the front of the park near a dog park was very noisy from University Ave. There were campers in back of us outside partying til 130 am although quiet time is 10 pm. Security did not come around.

Great park! My folks winter here. Decent gym, good pools, great location in quieter Mesa but close enough to Phoenix and other places for day-trips.

If your looking for cheap, this is not the place for you. I've asked many folks that have spent time in this and other parks and this is the best. 2 golf courses, 4 pools, 9 tennis courts, guessing 14 pickleball courts, designated enclosed area with 8 or more shuffle board courts, large pool room, very nice softball field and food concession, 2 work out facilities, at least 14 public showers and bathrooms, almost every kind of club and activity you can think of, outdoor live music 2 times a week, dog parks, a dump, horseshoe pits, RV spaces (many), ton's of fruit trees, huge palms and cactus throughout, great view of Superstition Mountains, Gated with 2 security posts and most important great people, with close to 60% from Canada. If there's someplace better I'd love to know! The old saying goes, you get what you pay for!

We are thousand trails members. This is an amazing place. Golf courses, swimming pools hot tubs! Great entertainment. We went to a Toby Keith tribute and it was awesome. They have entertainment on the green. We were only here for 8 days. We would have stayed longer if we had known how amazing this place is. The only downside could be the cost. But cost and value are tied together. I understand the value but my budget might be on a different level.

This is a mobile home park. They have a new section with unsold sites that they rent for RVs. But these sites are not designed for RVs. The sewer connection is in the middle of the RV parking area so you have to crawl under the RV to hook up if you don’t hookup the hose before you back in. The sites have an upslope at the front which you need to clear or you cant get level. The roads in the park are narrow and we could not have gotten in or out if the sites across from us had not been empty. Our site was even more complicated because it had a citrus tree on one side at the front and a light pole on the other side. It was threading a needle to back in and pulling out was just as difficult. Lastly, do not arrive close to sunset. there was an inordinate amount of paperwork required for a week’s stay. We arrived an hour before sunset but the paperwork took so long , we lost most of the daylight and had to maneuver in the dark which made it more challenging. On a positive note, the facilities are very nice, people were friendly and the office was helpful.
