Our family had an incredible 3 days at Viking Lodge. Great people, wonderful guide, and amazing location (and pretty awesome fishing!). We look forward to coming back for ice fishing or again next summer.

This is a great place to fish. Walleye, lake trout and Northern pike are all in abundance. Viking lodge is a great atmosphere, clean, organized and well serviced business. I highly recommend the trip to Viking lodge.

Our fishing group of 8 had the pleasure of staying at Viking for some multi species angling, pike, lake trout, rainbow trout, perch, walleye and burbot. The cabins were warm and spacious, the staff at Viking were very accommodating and Mac always exceeds expectations! We were able to land multiple masters in a variety of species. If you’re looking for great fishing and great place to stay this is the place.

Highly recommended lodge for fishing trips (Large or Small groups) or a place to have a quiet holiday with an amazing view and cozy lodge/cabins to stay in. Mack Muligan is an expert level fishing guide here and provides a fishing experience like no other. Friendly & helpful staff / owners of the facilities. If you are planning a lodge fishing trip I would recommend booking here.

Viking Lodge is a top notch resort with excellent amenities. Their guide Mac Mulligan is a world class fishing guide who works hard to get his clients on fish. I love new adventures and I don’t return to the same place often, but this place will be an exception. I will be back at my next opportunity!

An amazing adventure in the Cranberry Portage area and it all started with the Viking Lodge. Amazing hosts gave us tips and information helping us safely navigate spring conditions. Anything needed that we had forgotten was available at the store. The cabin was perfect for us five guys and gave us an excellent place to prepare for the day and wind down at night! Would highly recommend this business and look forward to returning for a summer adventure in the future

Really enjoyed our recent ice fishing trip. Owners really worked hard to get us in the right spots to catch a variety of fish. Answered all our questions and did a great job. Accommodations were ideal and very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Didn't stay there. But did go to the restaurant. I wanted a salad. None on the menu. But they made me an excellent taste salad

A truly epic place to explore and enjoy the outdoors with courteous and friendly owners who provide all the amenities you'll require! I highly recommend trying this place as a top spot for a snowmobiling destination! We took a trip up and they are truly a one stop shop for everything you need, the cabins were quaint and clean with comfy beds the lodge has some of the best food around, I highly recommend the pizza and wings which were top notch! They have premium fuel on site and direct access from the cabin onto the lake and snoman trail access plus lots of off trail opportunities. The snow conditions were incomparable with anything in the southern part of the province truly on the next level. They owners were very helpful and I though the prices were very reasonable. The lodge is known as a great fishing destination as well and though I haven't been able to fish the lake yet I would definitely come stay at the lodge again, summer or winter give this place a shot for your next vacation!
