Very nice and clean village. Wide roads and seems quiet. Lots of cats, tho.

Seems ok as far as a mobile home park goes. Some of the speed bumps are insanely high and i suspect will mess your car up even if you stopped entirely abd pushed your car over them. Its clean though and the trailers look nice. The people seem ok.

Seems like a nice place to live but there are a few teenagers that walk around at night that make me a little Leary and wonder why they are out so late

Is it trashy or nice? I'm reading the reviews & it, literally, is one end or the other... this is VERY confusing.. trying to get a straight answer on the condition of this trailer park. It can't be horrible, & nice, at the same time. Someone PLEASE clarify for me. Thank you!

This place is nasty..their homes are full of black mold from the flooding and they just cover it up so you can't find it..when you go to them and make a complaint of something wrong they ignore you and never show,and you receive court papers in the mail cause they evict to for finding the problems..cops get called for any reason and nothing is done they just say there is nothing they can do...so crime apparently is perfectly ok....glad to be away from there....and the only reason they got 1 star from me is because I had to in order to leave my review...I give them no stars and hope they get shut down!!!!!

Nothing here but trash and trouble makers....staff cuts corners like everytime it floods(and it happens often like everytime it rains longer then 3 hours) they pump all theor liter and flood water into my back yard......con consideration for the surrounding community plz do everyone a favor turn it into a vacant lot.
