I love our maintenance women. Lashea always goes over and beyond. I swear all my issues is when she's on call. Today was my gold key and Ron were in and out fast and were very pleasant.

Strongly advise against choosing this as your place to reside. Horrible communication. Maintenance is a joke. They go throw community managers so often you can't ever get a straight answer. Absolutely the worst decision I ever made was choosing this community to live in.

Growing up in Osceola, I was very apprehensive about moving into this community going off of what I remember from when I was a kid. The place is done a complete 180. Super nice, quiet and clean. Jenni made the renting process actually enjoyable. She was always very responsive to questions and always seem very happy to help.

STAY AWAY YES COMMUNITY IS A SCAM ORGANIZATION!!! They charged me a 1,700$ termination fee even though They told me they would not due to the home condition and it being their fault for the flea infestation. They sent it to collections Straight away. Also didn’t return my security 1000$ deposit. Office said that they would send me a check about a month and an half ago and I still haven’t received it. Still have the termination fee on my credit report. They are trying to scam me and hoping that I’ll go away. Please don’t buy it or rent a house from this company.

Not a community that will work with you on your rent. Not even a full 30 days behind and they place 10 day evictions on your doors EVERYDAY! Growing up around and on the outside of village years ago they were fabulous to their residents (with the original company) now they just don’t care. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS! On top of being in a brand new trailer have had maintenance out more than I’ve lived in it!

It's pretty peaceful for the most part. I think that the yards are nicer with the removal of many of them it's less crowded than before.pretty quiet area, nice lake view. Parks, pool ponds etc... Close to grocery stores.

Just finished closing on my new manufactured home and I must say that the office staff, especially Amy, made the move in process very EASY. Very wonderful people, fun to work with. GREAT EXPERIENCE. My home is absolutely amazing and I love my lot! I'm very new to the community here so I don't know much about the neighbors. Definitely worth checking out!

Just moved in a few days ago and so far everything is great. The area is nice and well maintained, maintenance is on point with responding and fixing issues, and the office staff are very helpful and give outstanding service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to live.

I am a new resident so far loving my experience in the park! Amy has been wonderful although she is staff in the office she really went above and beyond for me. My past landlords and apartment managers could not compare. The is something sincere about the treatment from staff here that I have not experienced elsewhere. There is a busy maintenance team who does their best to meet our constant needs and concerns, a man and woman stopped by to check out a leak I had and were more than happy to take the time out of their busy day to go over my concerns, answer my questions and put me at ease. It made me comfortable in my new home knowing I had people I can count on. There is a pool, pond, and couple playgrounds so my friends and family can enjoy themselves and everyone has something to enjoy. I feel much safer here than I did in my previous neighborhood aswell, I found peace here. I recommend this park!

This place was great when we first moved in, but then another management company took over and it has been issue after issue ever since then. This new company charges for everything. They raised our rent up over $100 when they took over too. Same trailer and nothing changed. We told them to fix our parking space for over a year and they said when we first moved in that it was on a list and would get taken care of... a year plus and it's still the same. But if you are not on time with your rent they are leaving notes on your door or mailing you about your rent, the day after the 1st of the month. If you're late by 5 days they charge you an extra $50 on top of your rent and add $25 after that for each week. They will also charge you $75 if you don't maintain your grass in time. This new company literally charges you for everything. We went from spending $749 a month for a two bedroom trailer, to now $900 a month for the same trailer. This place is bad about communication if there's something you need to address, but they will get in touch with you quickly if you owe them. They also will not accept payments unless it's in the full amount. So if you owe rent plus your new late fee, they will not accept your rent check until you have the late money too. Just something to consider before you decide to rent from them. We are currently looking for another place to live.
