The manager Jayci really cares about her community & residents. She goes above & beyond to make sure her community is kept nice. I highly recommend living there!!!

Loved this park when my grandmother lived out here. Now that I've been out here a year I hate it. Was lied to about conditions of the trailer I bought by management. Only time maintenance is done is when corporate is coming. Manager is never in office. Violating my rights under ADA for telling me I can't have my ESA animal as prescribed by my medical doctor. Raise rent on lots yearly. So many people selling their trailers and leaving.

Too many empty, old and dilapidated trailers. Roads need serious repairs, poor maintenance. UPDATE Maintenance has been improving, biggest road issues have been repaired. Many old trailers have been removed. Not quite as run down or dumpy. Several new trailers have been brought in for sale. There is also a little park with a swing for children to play. Nice addition. One issue remaining is no place to park if you have visitors. Parking is not permitted on side w/mailbox. Mail delivery is anytime between 10 am - 8 pm. Cannot park in front of another trailer across the street. Need to move mailboxes to end of road or have boxes up at main office.

I have lived here in the park since around 2016. I used to LOVE living here. It was affordable and the ownership at least seemed to pretend to care about any issues you might have. That is not the case anymore in my opinion on either of those things. I have literally never met ,or seen, or even heard from, in any way, the current owners. They have torn out a bunch of old junky trailers which is nice. But it now appears only to replace them with rentals to mostly people who don't seem to care about keeping them nice. If I could afford to live elsewhere I wouldn't choose to be here. That's the only reason to stay here at this point and they're even eliminating the affordability of living here. My lot rent out here has increased from $250 a month to $365 a month with another $35 increase coming soon. That's literally just for the lot, nothing else. Not there payment on the trailer, just the lot rent. That may not sound like much but it's huge difference when you struggle to pay every month already after all the the previous increases. They charge more and more and more for the same or less. I understand it's a business, but when your business is people's housing you should have to care a little about the people living here. Not just gouge already struggling people. Like I said this is my personal opinion, but if I was asked if I'd move here now I would say no. I had high hopes for this new ownership but is seems they're on the same downward path as the old ones. But I guess you don't have to care as much if you don't live anywhere close to your park and no one can contact you.

Village green, is a great place to live. Nice comfortable homes at a reasonable price. Great for family's, wonderful neighborhood to raise kids!

Some people don't like to stick to them selves and so they try to get into your business. The park itself isn't the best, but there finally taking out the ones that are too far destroyed and I was told they might be getting some new ones in for people.
