Without a doubt, Amy Blankenship, the current sales and leasing agent, stands out as the best! Amy is incredibly communicative, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents make a huge difference in the community. Village Green is a wonderful place to call home, and one of its great benefits is being zoned for excellent schools: Westside Elementary, Lakeview Middle School, and Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School. This makes it an ideal neighborhood for families looking for stability and quality education. DO NOT rent or buy from village green/ yes communities. When the homes are leased they do "gold key inspections" every couple of months to "check" for leaks and anything else. This is why we chose to buy a home thinking it would be years down the road before repairs were needed. NOPE, we started having a leaking roof that collapsed and put Alot of money in. Our ac unit went out shortly after too during the hot part of summer. Floors were soft in spots,BLACK MOLD started developing. I could go on and on. We were first time home buyers and we were stupid with our decision. It has costed us having to go into BANKRUPTCY due to buying from them and the repairs needed. The whole park is infested with roaches,they do not enforce Alot of rules and people get away with things. There is also Alot of theft in this park! We got several things stolen from us and other people have too. Other neighbors have regretted their decisions on buying a home from these people and tried to warn us when we first bought. The trailers are too close together as well. We are back to renting now after being homeowners because of the stupid decisions we made and the property manager/ employees that run this place. Do not make the same mistakes as we did . DO NOT RENT OR BUY.

We just moved in this past Fri. The few neighbors I have met so far are so nice. I am looking forward to getting to know so many more. I hope there are community events to meet even more neighbors. I am so glad we chose Village Green as our permanent home

Village Green is a awesome community to live into it October of last year. Shortly after moving in I'm at Alicia because my air conditioning was freezing up she got someone here immediately to look at it and it was fixed the next day. Also Amy Blankenship made the moving in process very easy for me so sweet and kind and helped me every step of the way now after living here for 8 months I met with both of these ladies in the office today and signed with a mortgage company to buy my home and I couldn't have done it without the help of village Green

still no attempts to put a wall back where they removed it around 6 months ago..we are paying to heat the outside..they don't care about the people.. very bad management.the smell of decomp coming from under this trailer..they refused my rent..then said we could pay two months..that our problems started before this management..but since this management not one bit of cooperation..even though it's been two years ..really??????.then sent a paper saying they would raise the rent 145 dollars a month..and still won't fix anything..they are trying to wait til the contact is over so they don't have to fix anything..how they can throw you out with a contact isnt that against the law.. after you don't want to buy..they kick you out..only payments with your bank card are accepted..had a leaky roof for two years..fell threw the bathroom floor months ago but we told them about it a year ago..no attempt to fix..if late and still in the same month they will turn you into there lawyer..even closes office during time to pay to add late charges..
