Have lived here 9 years. Your out of city limits, but your 5 minutes from downtown. Quiet and peaceful place to live.

I have lived here for 7years. I love it here, peaceful, quiet and my close neighbors are friendly. We help each other if needed. We do have a couple of "Karens" in the park. I don't let them bother me. Convenient to town a country setting.

So glad the sewage and water is getting fixed. Bet it cost a lot. Means they care about their people. ready for the roads to be open where we can park back at home not by the road! But it’s been a big project and it takes time. I don’t know why some of the reviews are from people who don’t live around here unless they are just nosey how do you know how it smells? I’ve never smelled sewage or trash at my home! People are hateful because it’s a trailer park! It’s not a 5 star hotel! Thank you for fixing and providing low cost living!

This area is always a mess. Litter everywhere. Dumpsters overflowing. Smells like a sewer. Litterly no parking and very narrow street. Porches need TLC. Chickens in cages and roaming the area

New management sucks. Water constantly loses pressure if it works at all, maintenance is a joke, oh and they’ll tow your vehicles while you’re at work without notice or warning. Unprofessional, poor living conditions, and the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for a place to stay, don’t list this place at all. If I could give it less than a star I promise I would.
