Maintenance Crew doesn't do their job and when they do, it is not up to code.

Poor they don’t get nothing fixed both of my leases are not legal I been here for 6 months and I been without kitchen lights for 5 months and without a stove for 3 months until I went got one and then my AC went out for 2 months. They can’t fix anything around here.
