We spend our winters in AZ and located a quaint little park in Apachie Junction. This is our 3 rd Season here, and what keeps us coming back to VIP Resort is managements consistency of quality service and a well kept park. They have a recreation room with scheduled activities every week, to include the occasional Jam session in there newly added saloon with a pool table. They have a laundry room and restroom with showers on site that are always clean.

VIP is a hidden gym here in Apache Junction, nice location off and away from main roads so you don’t hear road traffic, I love that. Only on occasion you can hear a hot rod or extra loud motorcycle, other than that very quiet tucked away from main roads. Peaceful and quiet Senior place, new Management has made wonderful improvements and doing a great job, seems to work 7 days a week some weeks to keep park maintained, I recommend this park to anyone looking for a quiet clean place to setup your rig and enjoy the nice Arizona weather.

Over visiting friends and was really surprised to see how much the park has deteriorated. They have updated and redecorated the entrance but the rest of the park needs help. I can not believe they let people put junk up for skirting and pile junk up on the walls. Check it out - go beyond the entrance to see what the park really looks like.

Their recent renovations and upgrades have turned out beautifully. I stayed here a few years ago, and then stayed again this summer for a week while passing through the southwest on an extended road trip. The difference is amazing. The showers and bathroom facilities were sparkling clean and the location near the freeway was convenient. Also I want to say the managers were so helpful and friendly.

This park has sewage issues once snowbirds arrive and fill up park. Complained to management 3 weeks in a row about sewage running over on our lot. Was unable to dump our black tank from March 7 to March 30th due to sewage running over on the ground. Management refused to communicate with me regarding the problem. When I finally talked to someone on March 21st was threatened with eviction for excessive fresh water leaks into sewer line. Did not use their sewer hookup for a week still ran over but management refuses to take responsibility. Called Pinal County Health Department and filed a complaint.
