I’ve been here for almost a year now. It’s a small community compared to a lot and it’s an awesome place to live. It’s very clean and the people are great. Everyone looks after each other. The park manager Rob who’s a great guy. He’s very easy to get along with and he gets things taken care.

The people here are very nasty!! We have Crack heads and Dealers that coming in 24 7 nobody ever calls the police or does anything about it. I have been here 1 1/2 years and I've been Harrassed Daily by the park Manager and maintained guy and others in the park! They are very judge mental in here! I wound Not recommend this place to Anyone I know! I fell into a sink hole and the county wasn't called. I had to call the EMS to get me out! I twisted my knee! No report was even made up!We need corporate and the cops here daily!!
